McDonald's — Restaurant in Millen

On my way through there to work stopped and ordered a big breakfast with a sausage hot cakes was not given any plastic where should be able to eat when I called back I told you I got manager who is very nasty told me to hold on and put another manager on there and I believe her name was Britney it was braids nasty and rude over talk to me wouldn't let me hear talk at all wanted me to be late for work wanted me to go buy another McDonald's to get plasticware that they should have put in there very nasty and rude people would never recommend this McDonald's ever we'll be trying to contact McDonald's Corporation you find out who this franchisee is would not even recommend this McDonald's being open everybody playing in it or playing at the window and now. Getting the order correct nobody else black and lazy they cannot get my order for it so I will be contacting McDonald's Corporation and I hope these managers at this particular location just tired I own my own business but I guarantee you I will never ever referred the store do not go to the store they're very...

I'd give zero stars if that were an option. Every McDonald's I've been to, in the state of GA, is awful! There's always a ridiculous wait time even when there's only 2 or 3 vehicles in the parking lot. And it is EXTREMELY rare for them to get the order correct! This most recent time, I ordered 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and 20 piece chicken nuggets. They handed the bag out the window and I found two boxes of 10 piece chicken nuggets and only 1 quarter pounder with cheese.... My son loves their food, and we prob go once every few months, hoping there's been a positive, good change to the staffing and the service, only to be repeatedly disappointed! The staff members are rude and always have such an unpleasant attitude. And when you do have to walk inside with your bag and politely let them know you are missing something, they get get even more rude and ugly. It is frustrating how much a resturant can have decent food but never have...

Ok....so McDonald's and I have a love-hate relationship...you just never know what kind of experience you will have. I must say that this particular visit was pleasant. The drive-thru employees were very pleasant and even greeted me properly. The overall service was great and everyone had friendly smiles. My food wasn't thrown or shoved at me and the window wasn't even slammed in my face. Nobody was arguing and there was no conflict. My food was fresh, hot...and NEAT - indicating that it was handled with care. My order included a fish filet sandwich and a 10-piece nugget. The ONLY issue is that they could only offer bottled water. They had no tea or any other beverage. I will still give them 5 stars because this was clearly an operational issue out of their control. They advised me immediately before taking my order and they apologized, which gave me the option of leaving or...
