Miller's Creamery — Restaurant in Millersburg

We were excited to try this place after seeing posts about it so we stopped in today.

I asked the young girl that waited on us if the s'mores sundae had chocolate ice cream.

She replied no, it comes with our vanilla soft serve.

Ok..... what is all on the s'mores sundae?

Vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup marshmallow cream.

Ok, we will take that.

Would you like nuts and whipped cream?

Sure.

We got our order and it had chocolate ice cream, ok whatever.... the further we dig we see no chocolate syrup no marshmallow cream and I'm surprised a s'mores sundae doesn't even have Graham cracker as it is one of the main ingredients of a s'mores.

I decide to go up and explain to her that it was in no way what we ordered and she and the other young girl look and me and say "ok, sorry"

I also explained that we would go ahead and eat it as is but what we got was not at all what we were told we were ordering.

I'm a little disappointed in our visit to say the least.

Via a private message, I wanted to make the owner/manager aware of this before I decided to post a negative review on social media.

I have seen that it was read but nobody took the time to respond. Just shows me that they blow off anyone with a complaint no...

Miller’s Creamery is the sweetest little place you could ever want to visit. Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Millersburg, this shop is perched on the corner of washington and jackson street in a beautifully restored historic building. You can sit inside and dine and watch everything happening on this bustling little street. The Ice cream is so creamy and smooth. Whether its a soft serve or hand dipped, You cant make a wrong decision because it is ALL good. They even have sugar free and dairy free options that we have tried just out of curiosity and let me tell you, you will never know the difference- its that good. They are known for their sherbet- I have yet to have a sherbet that made me wrinkle my nose. Light and fun, super delicious. All of them. The Monday night Italian chicken sandwich is my all time favorite, best sandwich I have ever had. You definitely get above and beyond quality and super affordable prices at the creamery. You can take your family for a meal and dessert and still have money in your pocket. They really are a gem in Millersburg.
