House of Pizza — Restaurant in Millersville

Can be a bit on the loud side. Food is fairly consistent, always good, sometimes better than others 8-15-25 update, food is still very good, but service, as far as getting orders correct has been horrible, gone down hill consistently for a few months now. Ordered cheese steak no onions with sauce, 1 time it came with onions, another time it came with onions but no sauce, another time it came with no onions AND no sauce. Order jalapeno poppers as a side, get home and have mozzarella sticks not poppers. Just ordered a large pepperoni pizza tonight, got home and its just a plain Ole cheese pizza, no toppings, you get charged extra for toppings, they charged me for the pepperoni, it was written on the order slip, but it wasn't on the pizza. Gus isn't there any more, and it shows. Also when you tell them about their screw up next time you order, they just say sorry, no attempt to offer even a small discount. Gus always made it right, no one there cares...

In my opinion, you either get a really good interaction with them or a terrible one. No simple order your food and be done here lol, we are regulars for 3 yrs now and Gus is always kind to us and fixes any issue no problem, but the day shift manager is the reason we stopped going. He is rude Everytime there is a mistake and makes it your problem. My situation was I ordered cheese fries and he didn't send them in the order and then made it to be my fault. Made me feel unwelcome. He had an employee there who wasn't very seasoned because they offered me the yellow cheese on my fries and I wanted that. Then the manager called back to correct it and took the fries off completely when I had said I wanted them, so when the order arrived I called to ask about them and he said he is sure I said I didn't want them but he can give them to me if I pay for them and just had a tone the entire time. --anyway we recently started ordering agian but...

Horrible service . Will never spend my money at this location , I tired to place a delivery order. From the beginning answered the phone rudely. The person who answer the phone couldn't understand address I was giving him I spelled it out , repeated it serval times and he placed my on hold and never answered back . I called over 3 times to get a hold of someone they purposely ignored my called . After I finally got a hold of someone women was going to get me over to a manger and while I was in hold the same person that hang up on me agreed with me asking me why I want a manager ... I'm not going to argue with a worker just let me speak to a manger . After serval attempts finally to get through to a Manger only said sorry and that is all they did for me ... never Order from them I was scared they would purposely do something to my food ... very rude need to be retrained on...
