I decided to give them another try after years of not patronizing that's store. But I was quickly reminded of why I stopped going in the first place. I ordered four egg rolls and a large shrimp fried rice and ask for extra duck sauce and soy sauce. I asked the lady if she put extra in there she said yes and stapled the bag. When we got home and open the bag preparing to eat, we had five duck sauce and five soy sauce with all of that food. Which means that you can only use one duck sauce for each egg roll and as for the rice I guess if you like duck sauce on your rice then you're out of luck. But again it was my fault for giving them another try, BUT IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN! I would even have felt better if she had decided to charge me a little extra for the extra sauce. But I guess that's what you get for trying to patronize the area you live in. Well it's back to Bartlett for us, where we get decent, professional and caring...
Read more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Mandarin Wok is one of those hidden gems that feels like a step above the usual takeout spot. I stopped in for dinner and was impressed with how quickly everything came out fresh and piping hot. The sesame chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and savory, with just the right amount of crunch, and the fried rice was flavorful without being greasy. Portion sizes are generous—I easily had enough for leftovers the next day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, checking in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. The dining area was clean, and even though they were busy with takeout orders, service never felt rushed. Prices are fair for the quality and portion size, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. Definitely a place I’ll come back to when I’m craving Chinese food that’s both tasty and...

That said, in my opinion, the food from Mandarin Wok is ahead of the rest. (I do not put Mandarin Wok in the same category as Kobe.) Kobe is a sit down and Mandarin is a "grab-n-go". They have a full menu but not so crowded and busy that it takes 20 minutes to decifer. We had the poo poo platter for 2, egg foo yung, and egg drop soup. The food had the expected texture. Everything fried was crisp to perfection. Flavor and seasoning was good and the temperature was hot; almost too hot. This was our first visit and I will definitely recommend Mandarin...
