Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Millington

We visited this location after placing our order online. Upon arrival and check-in, our order was brought out to us in a short period of time. We then requested Bar-B-Q sauce because the app showed out of stock. The car hop was very friendly and quick in returning with the sauce, and then we let her know that our chicken slider was not in the bag, but she would correct it. Not 10 seconds later, a not so pleasant and, in fact, aggressive woman comes to the truck stating, "Are you missing the slider? It's in the bag on top of the fries, I made that order myself, " we told her we double-checked and even showed her the bag with no chicken slider. She then says "well you'll have to wait 4 minutes because we have to cook it" and returned to the building. Less than 2 minutes later , the chicken slider was delivered to the truck. I don't like the aggressive way she approached the situation or the fact that there was no simple apology or even a thank you was given. The food was good. I just don't like the way a simple overlook on her behalf...

We arrived about 9:30 pm and placed an order, not sure of it was due to equipment but I did have to speak slowly and loudly multiple times for my order to be understood. About 15 min later (a reasonable amount of time due to the fact they were busy) the screen advises that our food was on the way out to us. We did see 3 other vehicle past us in line have their items delivered that arrived after us. 20 minutes after being advised our food was on the way for a total of 35 min wait time I pressed the call button to inquire the status of our food to be advised they were closed. After explaining that I had ordered over 30 minutes ago and what I had ordered they said oops sorry I guess we forgot to make your order. After a few more moments they asked if we still wanted our food and I said yes especially since I had already paid. By the time we did receive our food the cheese sticks and hamburger was room temp and the milkshake and blast had melted. This is the worst service we have ever had from...

I placed my order for a chicken sandwich combo asked for it plain and requested BBQ sauce. It did NOT come with my order. I asked the car hopper about it. She ignored me. I pushed the red button for Mrs B to help me, and she explained it was $.25 per packet for extra condiments. NOWHERE on the menu does it say that. She disconnected the call order. Carhoper returned to my car with ketchup. Told me it would be $.25 per packet, asking me for the money. I told her no - and asked where it was on the menu, she couldn’t show me. I pushed the red button again and told them I would contact corporate and there was no concern. So I submitted a survey about poor service. Also there was an employee sitting on the ground of a car stall smoking a cigarette, and not in designated place! Where is the Management? Where is the customer service? The customer service signs the employee checks. So if the customer is not being treated fairly they will go...
