The chicken tasted damn sour made my child and I sick puking and diarrhea. I think you got truck of bad chicken. First delivery guy said he wouldn't drive 3-5 minutes away from the store on Cassville Rd at corner of Anderson 2 houses that he was coming from freehold which is 10-15 min drive( oh the fk well you work for a restaurant that was Jackson nj at one point time zoning needs fix that property any property on Monmouth Rd going to Cassville lake to the church.) so rude service. Secondly lol wow dude on phone said nobody else complained that don't mean it's fkn gross $50+ later a horrible experience overall. We could had steak meals for that price. What happened to the value boxes and bowls they doubled+ price. It's tough times in America the prices are gauged. FBI needs check prices these days in the area. Screw it KFC in Jersey lost mine and my family's service. Read moreI'm not what one would call difficult to please. But, these guys really didn't seem to have their act together. First, they were out of biscuits. So I think, "Ok, crying about it and making them miserable isn't going to get me my biscuits." They were in the oven and due to come out in about 10 mins. Fortunately, I wasn't in a rush and was free to linger. Brandon (the mgr, I think) was serving me and admittedly did his best to ease my wait with a soda and maybe even a slight break on the price. I work for a living, too, so I'm not a demanding person. The kicker was, when I got home, my order was wrong AND my sodas were missing! I suppose I should've gone through everything to check. Read moreLunch time and then there is covid-19. Drive thru is open, however I drive a tractor trailer. Getting into a drive thru is not wise, with such a large/long unit.
So I called the store, and inquired if I could come in and order and take it out, "No" was the reply, but you can walk up to the drive thru window, and order.
So I did, 4 piece original with 2 legs, 1 breast and thigh mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans biscuit. There was an extra charge for the 2nd leg (which I didn't receive.) I did get the wing in its place. Not complaining just stating facts. The food w as good, hot, and delicious. The order was incomplete and had an extra charge. Oh I will stop by again, place the same order, and make mention of my special choice of 2 legs. Then see what happens... I'll let you know in my next post. See you...
