My boyfriend went through the drive thru at about 10:15 at night on a Monday night, to pick up food for us before I had to go to work. He ordered A barbecue burger meal, a pretzel pub sandwhich and a Ceasar salad with grilled chicken. He was not given a receipt and he had to wait 15 mins for the order when he was the only one in the drive thru. When he got home with the order, we noticed that we were not given any salad dressing or toppings that are supposed be given as part of the salad order. My burger was cold, cheese not melted, and the bun was stale. We only live like 7 mins up the road. I tried to call MULTIPLE times and even left a voicemail for a call back about my concern. Nobody called me back. Absolutely insane that nobody picked up the phone the 3 times that I called within the span of a hour. It wasn't even close to closing time. I went back today, at breakfast time around 9:30am. I ordered in the drive thru and proceeded to pay with Google pay as I usually do. The first windows' kiosk NEVER works with apple/google pay. The 2nd window, no problems ever. The latino woman with curly hair who wasnt wearing a name tag was extremely rude and told me I could not come inside to try to pay up front and insisted that she couldn't 'bump' the order to the front kiosk so that I could pay for my meal. The best part was her sarcastic fake customer service like grin and tone as she just straight up told me no, that isn't possible, which is a lie because I've never had any issues doing so in the past! This Wendy's is still the best around. I really don't know what the other reviews are talking about when it comes to the team because they are really kind in there.
Tonight I ordered a custom burger and it was wrong. I just went inside and let them know POLITELY (because it takes no effort to be nice people - literally zero). Mind you this was during the dinner rush. The drive thru line was out to the road! They took the burger, tossed it, and remade it for me - no questions asked. While I was waiting, they even dumped the rest of my order and gave me new stuff. When I told them they didn't have to do that, the girl just said she wanted to make sure it was hot because I had been waiting a couple minutes so it was no big deal.
Try getting that kind of service at mcdonalds... it won't happen. The team here is great! Be polite and treat these hard workers like humans. You'll be surprised how you are treated in return. The team is great and the manager does an excellent job finding hard working staff.

I wish I had photos to add but the food was so on point that my family and I scarfed it all down. The ladies working the window, the manager, and the kitchen staff were amazing!! Not one single thing wrong with my order and I had asked for a custom burger because my family has a picky eater. The girls were patient and polite. Chick-fil-a better watch out with this Wendy's...
