Excellent value! We stayed for one night on our way up to Atlantic City for the weekend. Nothing fancy but we felt very safe and the room was clean, and that’s really all we were looking for. The service was very pleasant, especially at breakfast. There were quite a few options for breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausage, make-your-own waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. The location for us was perfect, the hotel is surrounded by retail stores and restaurants, and is about 50 minutes from Atlantic City. I’d call it more like a motel than a hotel, but it was very fine for the price we paid. It’s obviously an older building with a musky smell at first, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and the sink didn’t drain. That said, it was mostly well-maintained with recently replaced fixtures. Our room was pretty quiet except that we were right next to the stairwell so we could hear some of the chatter as people would pass our door. The parking lot was very well lit, which we appreciated for safety. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a safe and clean place to spend the night in Millville, NJ!

The place is OK for a stop, check in, sleep and go. Dont expect great service and most of the staff dont speak english much. I didnt have any problem but that could be an issue one tries to ask for something. The breakfast area is a big disappointment as there is hardly any air conditioning or a place to get some fresh air. Plus the area is very small..in all you can fit about 30-35 guests and you'd feel cramped. The room finish and the bathrooms are also ok and not great. It all depends on the need. If planning to stay beyond 1 night, then choose an alternative place.

Dark, dingy, and with a permanent odor, we entered room 136. And it went downhill from there. The price had jumped $30 from what was advertised online- including taxes and fees. The door key worked sometimes. We were plagued by flies for most of the night. The room was filthy and then at 5:30am- the ceiling crashed into the bathroom! We went to the front desk and no one was there. Proceeded to call every phone number associated with the place to no avail. Including the 1-800 number. This was the worst room we have ever rented.

Let's start with staying at this awful hotel ruined my entire trip and I had to leave early because they haven't refunded my money AT ALL!!! I'm owed back $1100.00 plus medical costs and the manager doesn't come in or return messages!!! Judy was supposed to credit me today for leaving early, instead she took MORE money out of my account!!! The incompetence of the staff is astounding!! Christine is nasty and should never be a face in customer service with her mouth. Night one, my toddler and I get bit by BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! I'm severely allergic and needed MEDICAL attention and medication as did she! I requested money back to move to another hotel and christine screamed at me telling me the manager wasn't in and they have to first check for bugs but proceeded to tell me the guests before me had the same problem in the same room!!!!!!! Obviously wasn't exterminated and even after moving my room no one EVER exterminated so expect bedbugs!!!! I had anxiety the whole time trying to sleep even after being moved and they have taken more money because they don't know how to credit a debit card!!! This is fraud and they're violating contracts with Visa!!!! I asked for the commercial insurance to file a medical claim and have had no response!! I had serious welts and pain after these bites because i'm so allergic!! i'm owed a lot of money, insurance information and an apology!!! I had to spend more just to check out early today to get out of that dump!! Wear socks because the floors are absolutely disgusting and turned our socks black !! Don't waste your money they scam you, don't do the right thing, and better contact me in 24 hours or the health department will know as well. If you want filth, watching the cops there constantly until 2am, anxiety and to be robbed it's your place!! Roger needs to do right by my kids and I!! Messaged him on social media and he ignored us there too!!! FRAUD!!!!! Give me back my $!!!! Get someone there to exterminate! I have medical proof I was bitten up by bedbugs and your own employee eve saw it! Eve also refunded money on the wrong card!??!!! Impossible to get credit on my...

I've been a long time customer of this particular Quality Inn, as I race cars and frequently visit the nearby New Jersey Motorsports Park. I know what this hotel was when I booked it, and I don't have unreasonable expectations as to it being The Ritz. However after this latest visit I will not be returning.||||When I got into bed the first night of my stay, I found a sock between the sheets. Needless to say, it was not mine. I recognize two possible explanations.... 1) the sock ended up in the laundry, and through static cling it stuck to the sheets and the housekeeping staff didn't notice it while making the bed, or 2) (and much more likely) the sheets were never changed from the previous guests, and instead they just made the bed to give the appearance that it was cleaned. I also felt a few grains of dirt or sand in the bed, which furthers my belief that the sheets weren't changed..... A frightening prospect while the pandemic still lingers.||||The next morning I went to the front desk and informed them of what happened. The woman behind the desk made a note of it, and told me that they would come in during the day and change all the sheets in the room for me. 14 hours later I returned to the room and not only were the sheets not changed and the bed not made, but the damn sock was still sitting on the floor where I threw it after its discovery the night before.||||I don't ask for a lot from a hotel when I go to a race track. I basically just need a shower and a place to rest my head.... However the room being clean is a must, and Quality Inn failed me spectacularly in that regard. I thought about demanding a refund for my stay, but at the end of the day I'm just going to find...
