Pizza Pipeline — Restaurant in Millwood

I went in every day for 3 days, some days they didn't have any pizza by the slice and that we would have to wait 5 to 8 minutes. On the days that they did have pizza it was over an hour old which they freely told you and that they only had one type not the three types of the advertised. They would make you some but it would take up to 8 minutes, the last problem I had was actually on the last day I tried to get the actual type of pizza I wanted they didn't have it so I actually waited this time they sprayed or have had some weird stuff they put on the crust it was horrible I called it some Italian seasoning mix Maybe just maybe it might be considered that from McDonald's but I try to hold this place up to a higher standard the only reason they're getting two stars is because most of the pizza was good except for the crust if you advertise slices from 11 to 4 have them ready have them available and never put on some nasty butter spray Italian ship whatever it is on your pizza your old crust was just fine. I understand the pizza by the slice price going up due to labor cost in minimum wage increases in the state of Washington they aren't small business-friendly but when trying to order a pizza from them their price is over what most people want to spend and the pizza they sell by the slice is nothing like their whole...

The guy who usually answers the phone is always either in a mood, smart with me or irritable with no need to be because i am always nice, relaxed and patient. I don't say anything because i don't want them to mess with my food but it does put a damper on my tip for the guy delivering and this rating. Tonight, I called and told the guy on the phone my boyfriend was coming to pick up the pizza, he said okay but when he got there they wouldn't accept my debit card and wasted everyones time. I called and said "we use this debit all the time and constantly order from here..", the manager Ben just said "sorry for the inconvienve, we can't accept." No offers to resolve the situation, no care what so ever. We go there all the time and constantly order from there and use the same debit card every time, its ridiculous. The only good thing i have to say about this pipeline is the pizza always comes to us tasting good but due to the awful customer service and experiences with the gentleman on the phone and staff in general, i would have to say we're no longer ordering from here. I'd rather bite into a cold, stale, artificial tasting pizza from dominos or pizza hut, cook my own, or pick...

Do not order delivery. Their delivery service used to be ok, however, I've had the following experiences in the last year several months apart: Waited over an hour, called and discovered their ticket system was down so they didn't know whose order was whose. I clarified and they brought it to me 2 hours after my original order time. . . They brought the original pizza they had made 2 hours prior by order of their manager, according to the driver. It was recommended to me that I call and ask for a fresh one as the pizza they brought me was noticeably browned and aged. I gave them a second chance today and ordered at 6:30. Called and left a message at 7:30. Called again at 8, and the lady was very kind and apologetic, saying that they were more slammed than usual for Valentines Day, but she was sending it right over. Sure enough it arrived about 20 mins later and it was fresh this time.
