Absolute WORST wingstop EVER! I ordered to go 8 wing combo. Got home to see I received loaded fries instead. Never touched them and drove back to wingstop for a refund. The night shift people attempted to refund meal but could not so called a manager while I was standing there who said they would refund it in the AM and call me. She took my number down. I never received call so called Wingstop who insisted they never were told about it yet saw my name immediately when they said "Jill R" which was how night shift wrote it so I knew it was there. The General Manager then got on the line saying he was not told about it. I explained that a manager had been told as I was standing there when the girl called. The manager started talking rapid fire and saying I wouldn't get a refund for 5 to 7 days regardless and had zero respect for the customer. At this time I had enough and said "you're an idiot and this is horrible customer experience". He hung up on me. Then he called back after a few minutes rapid fire speaking saying he found the order and that it would be refunded. I attempted to discuss customer satisfaction with him but if this is the General Manager way then this wingstop won't be open long at all. It's really sad as I looked forward to having one nearby. I won't be back and will also report to corporate. Good Luck if you eat here and have a bad experience for something in their error. They won't own it. Who knows if I ever get refunded.
Edit - another float between stores called again per the Owners request and stated they cannot refund the order and that I would have to bring my card in again for the refund. 3 trips, 30 minute wait on food, wrong order, and still no food. I asked if could have a gift certificate sent in replacement and they stated that was not an option either. Very disappointed in...
Read moreI purchased the bundle and it was the 75 pc pack. Spent close to 100$ after drinks and tax. It’s my second time ever having wingstop and the other location in Spokane on Newport highway was disgusting (I posted a review there too), so I was hoping this new location would be promising. I ordered at 5pm and it was ready at 530pm which was great timing but I soon found out why it was so quick. All of the food was cold, and had been clearly sitting out for some time bc the Parmesan wings were literally inedible they were so old and dry that you couldn’t even bite into them. All of the wings had almost no sauce on them. My niece visiting from Texas had to confirm with me that this was in fact wingstop wings, bc she was shocked at the lack of sauce and how cold everything was. She stated this tasted completely different than any wingstop shes ever had bc it was cold, and dry and nothing like the other wingstops she’s had. She said the other wingstop chicken is COVERED in sauce and fresh bc she watches them make it fresh and hot. This was not the case for this location. The corn was mushy, and cold, another item that was very old and had been sitting out for some time. It was clear the staff just had these items sitting out and threw them in the bag and let them sit longer on a cold metal rack, getting colder for even longer. The store was completely empty, yet clean. The staff were extremely rude and didn’t say a word to me, nor smile or say have a good day! Just blank stares and mono tone responses. Very disappointed in every wingstop in Spokane, they clearly have no standards. I will never be purchasing again from any location, to spend $100 on food you can’t eat...
Read moreI’ll be honest—we waited 30 minutes for our food, and part of our order was missing. At first, I was frustrated, but the manager immediately stepped in to make it right. He explained that bone-in wings take about 19 minutes to cook properly, which makes sense if you want them done well. He quickly brought out the missing part of our order, and once we got our food, it tasted great.
I know they’ve been getting mixed reviews, but it’s important to consider that they just opened two weeks ago, they’re extremely busy in a prime Spokane Valley location, and many of their employees are working their first jobs. They’re still learning, and it’s clear they’re doing their best even if that means they are making mistakes along the way.
While the wait was frustrating at first, I appreciate the manager’s quick response and the effort the staff is putting in. If you visit, bring some patience, and if something isn’t right, just let them know—they’ll do what they...
