Wow, just wow. The Lab is nothing short of phenomenal. I’ll be the first to admit—I’m a total rookie when it comes to skincare and wellness, and honestly, I was a little nervous walking in. But from the moment I stepped through the doors, all of that melted away.

The space is welcoming, modern, and impeccably clean, and the staff? Absolute rock stars. Tyler, Kolbie, and Aaron treated me like I was a longtime friend, not a first-time client. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They made the entire experience not only comfortable but genuinely enjoyable—and dare I say, even fun.

What impressed me most was the balance they struck between expert-level knowledge and down-to-earth communication. They walked me through everything step by step, answering all my questions and making sure I felt completely at ease.

The Lab is more than just a medical spa—it’s a place where people are empowered to feel their best, inside and out. If you’re even remotely considering taking better care of your skin or wellness, this is the place to start.

The Lab has become my go-to for self-care. I love the staff and the environment is immaculate- as a med spa should be- but also very welcoming. The aesthetic is high-end but not in a way that makes you feel like you have to be a millionaire to be there. They offer great memberships and deals for neurotoxins and tons of services. Over the last year, I’ve had the Signature & the Diamond Glow facials (amazing results and feels very luxurious), the sculpting lymphatic massage, Jeaveu injections, and vitamin IV. I’m not fancy, don’t wear make-up, and prefer sweat pants AND am always treated like a Queen while I’m there. I just want to feel healthy and be my best self and The Lab helps me figure out what will work for me within my budget and they never try to sell me any products or services. I still use drug store skincare products. I also love being able to schedule online and if I have questions I can email and Tyler will respond with guidance. (Insert heart...

Aaron and Tyler have been the absolute sweetest. Tyler is always smiling and welcoming when I come in. He is full of information and is very personable. Aaron is always happy to answer any questions I have(and I have plenty). You can tell he is passionate about his job. He seems to be very cognizant of the products he uses and the procedures he does. I have never felt pressured into getting treatments I didn’t want and he even advices against treatments that I don’t need. I love that I am met positively with understanding/reason and there is no judgement when I’m being overly neurotic about my skin or appearance of. I would recommend anyone to come here!

Edit-I have added photos of my CO2 laser treatment. I highly recommend! My pores are smaller, evened out my skin tone, and has even improved the texture of my skin. The appearance around my mouth(marionette lines?)has also improved...
