This location seems to be going down hill in terms of being managed. The signs for no ice cream, shakes, etc are just about always hanging on the drive through menus. I regularly order items and am told they don't have those right now (pies, parfaits, etc.). I've tried using the mobile ordering app and run into problems with them being able to handle it. It's really close to my house which is the only thing tempting me to not patronize another location.
Update: wow, some things never change. Because it's literally a 2-3 minute drive from my house, I've continued to try giving them a chance. But no exaggeration, they mess up orders 1/4 to a 1/3 of the time. I just don't understand how it continues to be so bad. I just had a mobile order and they gave us 10 nuggets instead of 20. My kids were unpleasantly surprised. I'm done. Berryessa location for me from now on. Way way way unrecommended. The consistent bad service seems like bad quality from the top.
2nd update: still the same crappy service. They forget or make items incorrectly more than half the time, no exaggeration. I don't order delivery from the McDonald's app from them because if it's wrong, I have to go to the store to get it fixed. I use Door Dash instead because if it is wrong, Door Dash refunds me. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. First, they become "cash only" at 2am, pretty major inconvenience, but they didn't give me a receipt so the next part gets infuriating. I ordered two bacon McDoubles plain, and two McChickens no lettuce. I just got home, and to my surprise the "plain bacon Mcdoubles", whilst being wrapped in the standard bacon Mcdouble paper, is actually a normal Mcdouble, no bacon, and is not plain (has all the condiments). Well, at least I can eat the McChickens, right? Nope, they got the order wrong there too, it's stacked with lettuce. I only ordered 2 things, and not only did they do them wrong, but they wrapped them correctly to try to hide their mistakes, or to add insult to injury you decide. Can't return them because I didn't get a receipt, and have no record of the transaction because they didn't let me use a credit card... I don't think you can have a worse experience at a McDonald's, and the bar is already pretty low. I'm considering finding which other McDonald's are owned by this franchisee so I can take my business elsewhere, despite this McDonald's being literally walking distance from my house I'd happily drive miles away to avoid patronizing such a poor example...

I am surprised (and disappointed) that I didn't discover this store sooner; accidentally walked by recently when I was trying out a new walking route for my evening workout. I stopped by today to try their sugar-free cold coffee to beat the heat, and spend a few minutes on the internet to catch up on work. Agnes was the shift manager (recently promoted, congratulations Agnes!) and guest entertainment lead, and took my order. She is a very friendly host and despite my small initial order (they did not have a veggie burger that I wanted to try out for lunch), took the time to chat with me and make me feel welcome at the store. There are plenty of seating spots, a generous parking lot with lots of free parking, and phone charging stations and they have free WiFi. Interior decor is very welcoming and tastefully done, no less than a Peets or Starbucks. They are open from 5am until late (midnight) most days and the drive-through is 24/7.
