This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered 6 boba drinks, 4 of which were Angela.All 4 tasted like straight water with a hint of color—no flavor, no sweetness, nothing. Completely undrinkable.

We went back immediately to get them fixed since they were for people waiting at home, and the two employees working couldn’t have cared less. Not only did they refuse to replace the drinks, but they also didn’t offer a single apology. The attitude was beyond unacceptable—cold, dismissive, and borderline hostile.

There was absolutely no standard procedure followed. No one asked if we wanted less ice or sugar, and clearly the person who made the drinks didn’t add any sweetener at all. It was a careless, sloppy job from start to finish.

To the owners of this location: this level of service is embarrassing. If this is how you allow your staff to treat customers and serve products, it’s only a matter of time before your business goes...

I went with my friend to this location and it was my first time there. The staff who took our order was friendly and down to earth. When we have questions about the orders, he was patient and answered. By the time we ordered, he asked about the sweetness level and ice and provided recommendations if we are still worried about how sweet it is.
