Artè Boutique — Local services in Milpitas

I'm leaving this review for the Concord location, as this is the only Arte Boutique branch that is reviewable on Google.

My mom and I decided to check out this place in the Concord Seafood City. Once we entered, there was no greeting or any kind of acknowledgment. I had a question about an item up front, but the employee in the back was too busy talking to her girlfriend on the phone. We left, and I entered again after a while, since I was genuinely interested in making a purchase. I finally got tired of waiting and asked to be helped. She seemed unsure about the prices of the items, and lied about the items being "authentic". She said these designer items didn't pass quality control inspections 🙄... Sure! That's why the brand name is incorrectly printed with no serial numbers, right? 😂

I would not return here. The prices are WAY too high, even...

Went there on June 8, 2023 and the owner was very rude. I believe her name was Lita. My husband was looking for rosaries, she only spoke and flirted with him in Tagalog. I was looking around and being followed by her in the store. She gave me the most disguised look cause I’m all tattooed up. And also cause I’m not Filipino. There were other people in the store but she only followed me like I was going to steal something. I will never step foot in that store again or give her my money. Treat your customers with respect and stop trying to flirt with their husbands especially when the wife is standing right there. And stop judging people by the way they look!! It's sad when you see bad reviews and then experience what previous reviewers did. Staff would not let me touch the dresses I was excited to find. Staff would not even try to tell me the different options available. Language barrier didn't help. The prices quoted weren't too bad but since I wasn't allowed to even take a picture or try on I decided not to give them my money. I was ready to buy on the spot. I even saw formal ternos that were pretty and the barong that I really needed to buy for an event, but since their attitude was awful, I decided not to support. Two stars for just being there. It's hard to find a Filipino clothing store...
