Indian Pizza and more than 50 beer taps….yes you heard it right!! Finally I found a place that serves awesome Indian pizzas AND is a sports bar!! (Drumroll please) I have been trying out a lot of Indian pizzas lately, but for most of the places we had to take-out, barely any Indian pizza place had a dine-in which was good enough. I usually stick around Santa Clara region for food and restaurants but was browsing through instagram when I found this place, so decided to give it a try. We started with drinks- my husband and I got beers and settled down in a cosy corner with garlic chicken wings and roasted cauliflower for appetizers. The wings were 5/5, super good, well cooked and tasted amazing. I would go with a 3.5 for cauliflower bites, they were nice but not something I would want to eat as an appetizer. They have other really great appetizers options, I will definitely try some of those next time. For mains, the best part about this place is that along with Indian style pizzas, they also serve traditional style pizzas so you there is so much more variety! We tried their spicy butter chicken pizza and lamb kebab pizza and trust me, they both were AMAZING! True to its name, the spicy butter chicken was hot and amazing! Right amount of sauce, the base was super fresh and soft, great flavor (I am drooling thinking about the pizza now) The lamb pizza came with a mint sauce topping which added so much to the overall flavor of the dish. I am not a lamb fan but I ended up eating 2 slices of this one as well, yummy yummy! My overall experience was a 10/10, definitely going back again and would recommend anyone who is looking to chill out at a bar and also have access to super good Indian pizzas and appetizers, you know where to stop by!

Ordered a Pineapple Express pizza which is suppose to come with pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and pineapple and unfortunately the pizza arrived without the sausage. The order was going to be eaten at the restaurant and the lack of sausage was only addressed after we asked about it. I'm not sure why we weren't told that there wasn't going to be sausage on our pizza considering the restaurant wasn't particularly busy and we were sitting at the restaurant the whole time waiting on our pizza therefore, there was plenty of opportunity. When asked about the missing sausage we were told the sausage was moldy...that's fine, I wouldn't want moldy sausage but some forewarning would have been nice or an option to substitute or a discount of some sort but nope. This is on the expensive side for a smaller than average pizza coupled with a $20 beer. The quality of the food, the lack of service along with the lack of pricing transparency (beer pricing) does not justify the expense. The only reason this pizza joint gets an additional half star to a full star is that I now know to be leary of any pizza place that doesn't disclose there pizza sizing in terms of diameter but in slices...I'll let you decide how that could be potentially problematic for the customer.

Looks great and has a very impressive array of tap beers - but the service is unbelievably awful. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and they were very quiet - so quiet, that I was their only customer. With this in mind, I had expected they would be at least slightly attentive and try to take some money off me. This was not entirely the case, and after waiting by the bar for 5 minutes for someone to come out of the kitchen and serve me (they saw me walk in) I finally managed to buy one beer - for just under $20… For the next 45 minutes they didn’t even come back (after I had asked if I could open a tab as I wanted a few beers and some food!) I’d finished my beer 20 minutes before. The food looks good, but is priced as if it’s a stand in a festival at $33/medium pizza (and no gauge of size of pizzas on the menu!) I waited around and was hoping to try more beers, but the terrible service made me walk out. I would not recommend Parktown Pizza Company.

Parktown used to be a great place to get pizza+beer and hangout.

We went on a Saturday night (NFL game night) and they were super understaffed. There were only 3 guys working and 1 of those guys seemed to be in training so really only 2 guys cranking out pizza/manning the registers.

There was nobody at the bar. I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to help (everyone waiting for beer didn’t get any..)

They have great beers on tap but what’s the point if nobody is there to serve you?

Food is still great, hence the 1 star.

They charge a 3% credit card surcharge even though they don’t take cash. What kind of scam is this? Price the fees into your food or accept cash if you want to upcharge card purchasers.

The entire restaurant smelled like a bathroom, like a cleaning solution you would use in your bathroom (Fabuloso?). This smell mixed with the copious amount of vape and weed smoke was nauseating. I don’t think the understaffed staffers cared to tell patrons to not smoke.

Anyways, this place has gone downhill. Order delivery and forget the in-dining experience. If you want a great pizza spot with beer to dine-in, go to IBU/Stuft or Strawhat pizza (yes, they have...
