The BIG New Yorker Pizza! It's big . . . It's bold . . . It's back!

And honestly, it should have stayed gone.

This pizza is a sad excuse for pizza and it's the most disappointed I've been eating my favorite food in years.

The Big New Yorker definitely caught my attention and it looks delicious from the promo images but I couldn't tell you what I got in my pizza box but it looks like a DAYS old pizza that was picked off-of and thrown in the box.

The Big New Yorker is dry, thin, hard as a rock and tragic. I'm talking a layer of cheese so thin that you would think there was a cheese shortage. A crust that is harder than playing a videogame on impossible mode. Pepperonis that I can count just by glancing at the pizza. Not to mention the fact that the pizza was cut in a way that looks like they realized after three cuts that it was supposed to be a Big New Yorker and just stopped cutting.

Maybe it would make a good frisbee, definitely not a good meal . . . definitely a disappointing meal. I've had acceptable pizza from this location and Pizza Hut before but it's definitely not my preferred pizza place. If you like Pizza Hut, stick to what you usually order, don't bother with this even if it's tempting, save...

I frequent this location every other month and have always had good, fast service. Pretty clean and nice workers. A couple days ago I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza with light sauce. I got the delivery and when I got to the kitchen table there was basically no sauce and it was not stuffed crust. It was a simply a hand tossed pizza. I called a few mins later and talked to two guys. And one guy told me that I can come in and get store credit. I went in today and ordered the same thing. The cashier and manager (I assume) said they didn’t have my number and they’re “pretty accurate with store credits” and my name isn’t listed. He also said there wasn’t a male manager on duty august 30. He eventually gave me my pizza free of charge but he certainly didn’t want to and said I need to make sure they have the correct info next time and it’s written down. Overall a great location but it’s not my job to track customer complaints. I don’t work at Pizza Hut. They should do better tracking...

I recently ordered a pizza from your establishment and, while the taste was good, I was disappointed with the overall experience. Despite arriving at the pizza hut 15 minutes ahead of the expected delivery time, I was told that the pizza was not ready and was asked to come back at the expected time.

When I arrived at the expected delivery time, I was surprised to find that the pizza was already ready and had been for 15 minutes. This wait time was unnecessary and could have been avoided if I had been informed that the pizza was ready.

Additionally, when I finally received the pizza, I found that it was dry and close to being cold. This was a disappointment, as it detracted from the otherwise good taste of the pizza.

I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration, as I believe it will help improve the customer experience for others in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to...
