This is my thank you to the owner of the ‘cue
Best restaurant experience ever!!! We had an amazingly great time today at the ‘cue in Alpharetta GA
Upon arriving at your establishment today, I immediately noticed something that is rarely seen at restaurants and that is how pristine and clean the windows on the door were and the windows throughout the restaurant were seeing this, gave me immediate confidence that this is a superbly clean restaurant!! It made me feel really good as a customer because to me, how an establishment presents themselves to me as a good first impression is seeing how a restaurant takes the time to show their customers they are valued and appreciated by giving the customer confidence that they’re eating at a very clean place And this also showed me that you care enough about your customer to let them have a positive experience literally beginning at the door ! And that if the doors and windows are kept this clean, then customers can rest assure that the kitchen that my food is coming from is also definitely clean .. this made my entire experience at your restaurant, by far one of the best if not the best restaurant experience that I’ve ever had!.. it’s the small details like clean windows and door windows that made me enjoy the ‘cue today
I can say that this is not the average bbq joint, and frankly not even the average restaurant, it is definitely in a class above them all !!!!
Also completely wrapping the silverware in a way, preventing it from exposure to any form of contamination is brilliant and another small detail extremely appreciated by this customer This is my new bbq restaurant as I will not be patronizing any other bbq restaurant in this area.
You have demonstrated to me as the customer that you value my business and have respect for your customers by taking the time to make a good impression… again .. I say … literally from the door Our waitress Liz was amazing also !!!! From her beautiful greet as soon as we walked in to her attentiveness and extremely pleasant demeanor she was so amazing!
Thank you again for a giving me one of the best dining experiences I’ve...
Read moreMilton location- Delicious bbq, delicious AND unique sides, plus on-point service. No outdoor seating, however. Had to wait a little while to be seated, but you can order drinks while you're waiting. Posting photos of the menu because they have raised the prices by a few dollars across the board, I suppose to make up for Covid losses, and I suspect the prices won't go back down after the pandemic is over. Even so, it's still worth the price, because the portion sizes are large enough to take half of the meal home for lunch the next day. I don't ordinarily order dessert at bbq places because frankly, it's usually a disappointment. However, on this visit, I treated myself to their signature "Bananas Doster" for dessert, and wow, was it delicious! Imagine made-from-scratch fresh banana pudding, with Bananas Foster on top and encircled by a ring of candied pecans. For all that, I didn't find it to be too sweet, nor was the rum too strong. Perfectly balanced all around, and one serving is plenty for two or three people, at least. For the calorie counters, I estimate the entire dessert is 1000-1200 calories, but totally worth it if you can exercise some self-restraint! Unfortunately, the company does NOT currently post their nutrition info online, but hopefully they will soon, because I expect they will continue to be very successful and expand to even more locations in the future. Definitely adding to my short list for a...
Read moreI love barbecue, and I love this place. This is my favorite barbecue restaurant but not because of the barbecue. 4 stars for barbecue. 5 stars for being an awesome, local business and treating your customers AND employees with utmost respect and care.
I will clarify that statement by saying, the barbecue is pretty good. It's not my favorite, but I do like it. If you're still reading, the reason I love Cue is because of everything they do right which really became crystal clear during the pandemic.
When things shut down, Cue pivoted quickly to a curbside model. Out of desperation for food we did not cook, we tried it and found it was very well done, organized, and responsibly managed. The owner was out there with his mask and his crew. You could even drink beer in your car while waiting for your food if you chose to.
Once dining rooms opened up, Cue took a long time to reopen, ensuring all the right safety practices were followed. We finally took a chance and dropped in, finding it was just as expected -- proper queuing outside, proper ingress/egress, and proper table spacing. We felt pretty comfortable dining there, even though it was indoors.
Back to the food, the staple of our Cue dining has to be the nachos. Yeah, it's not cheap, but it's large enough to share and fill you up. The fried okra -- and I'm not an okra guy -- is phenomenal. Everything else is...
