This is the absolute worst customer service I have experienced at a Hardee’s. 1st I set at the speaker (drive thru) waiting for someone to acknowledge I was there, now it’s breakfast so there is a long line. I waited 3 minutes no one said anything through the speaker so, I pulled to the window, I let the lady at the window know I didn’t know if something was wrong with the speaker, she takes my order, she turns to the girl with the headset tells her what I had said, the girl (with the headset) GETS ATTITUDE very rude. Then I notice on my receipt the lady forgot to add my side of gravy (mind you I repeated my order to her several times. So another lady comes to the window she is informed of the gravy not being on my receipt she also gets rude with me and says WELL YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, I don’t nor am I looking for free food. I said ok. 2 of the 3 of those women are very rude, they need training in how to handle customers. I ask the corporate to pull video and watch how your employees handle paying customers!
I wrote the above while waiting for my food, the lady asked me to pull forward and someone would bring it right out….. after literally 12 minutes I went inside, while waiting another 10 minutes, the girl with the headset no longer had it on, she was literally standing there doing nothing but rolling her eyes as the workers that were actually working had to maneuver around her, she has long black hair with purple lowlights. I also see the manager bump into a girl that was trying to help customers the manager dropped what she had in her hand looks at the girl and says “get out of my way” the manager walks off and leaves the white lidded plate on the floor behind the cashier. When I finally got the opportunity to ask about my food the rude lady with the green shirt says we already gave it to you I said no ma’am I only got my 2 drinks and my side items. This place has 3 of the rudest people. I work in retail and Geesh.. corporate needs to look into this matter!!!

Read moreThey are always slow in the mornings. Today I had a horrible experience and will never return. I get to the window to order my food and the guy said it was gonna take a second so he asked me to pull foward. I pull foward to the end of the concrete because I’m trying to make sure the people behind me can get out. This truck behind me starts blowing and this guy comes to my car and starts screaming that I’m a “fuckin bitch” & need to move up. I probably would of moved if he wasn’t so rude. So instead I park my car and roll my windows up. He’s yelling to roll my windows down and he mentions something about skin color. I politely sit there. He ends up getting back in the truck behind me and they pull out, flipping me off. One of the employees comes out with an attitude and tells me I need to pull into a spot. I’m like that’s fine but that’s not what the guy told me. She said well the food takes 4 minutes. I said that’s not what the guy said but Ok. After sensing the employees attitude I just asked for my money back. Yes I could of easily pulled up if it was communicated politely.
