First time I ordered food from here- I got it to-go. I got back to my apartment and took a second bite of my kung-pao chicken to think it was just very chewy... but I pulled a long thick black piece of hair from my mouth that was wrapped around the chicken. I immediately lost my appetite and called the store to ask for a refund. They were not able to offer a refund, but they offered me credit for next time. I recently just ordered the same meal again and asked to have it delivered. It was the night before moving out of my apartment and I had no time to pick it up. The woman on the phone told me to tip the driver. I was going to tip anyways but found being told to tip was rude. Two of the Fortune Cookies were stale; the third one was a fresh one. This is not a do-over; you don't get a second chance to impress...

In the distance there was a bridge and hill that everyone was getting trapped on so I decided to pull into House of Chen for a quick bite to eat. Inside the staff was very friendly and catered to all the trapped commuters. They went above and beyond: they let us stay past closing, they gave us advice about the roads to take, and they were kind/understanding. There food was very good as well. If you are ever in the area and would like some Chinese, give them a...
