I had a lovely evening last night with my fiancé at Sushi Ming! We decided to get something quick and light nearby and stumbled into the most pleasant atmosphere. The server was catching up with some regulars and we noticed the most beautiful music coming from the corner booth. Hiro introduced himself and told us he plays guitar and sings on Friday nights. He had such a sweet voice and beautiful Japanese and English songs to accompany our delicious meal. He gave us a CD with some gentle covers and his original song Masterpiece. Hearing the emotion he sings with is enough to bring a tear to your eye. The sushi was freshly prepared, and the finely chopped carrots in the fried rice added a great crunch. Got shrimp tempura... which was more like a mushy avocado and soft battered shrimp wrapped in rice
I asked for just habachi and rice... ended up with a bent box... so I got a miso tofu soup I dont want... salad which is the freshest out of all my food... slimy speckled veggies... and cup of dry chicken... And a heaping of flavorless fried rice...
So of all this was $20 purchase... i only ate the lil salad, 3 piece of my sprimp tempura, and some dry chicken... unpleasent waste of money
