🌟 Hands down not only the best Mediterranean restaurant but also the best night spot in Atlanta – food, vibes, and service all in one! 🌟
If you haven’t been to Royalz Restaurant and Lounge, you’re seriously missing out. This place is the hidden gem of Mediterranean food in Atlanta — bold flavors, perfectly grilled meats, fresh mezze, and every plate feels like it came straight from a family kitchen.
But the experience doesn’t stop at the food — the hookah flavors here are next level. Smooth, rich, and endless options. Whether you’re into fruity mixes or classic blends, they’ve got something that’ll hit just right.
Ask Helmi for the Royalz In-House Hookah Flavor… the secret of the house LoL
And then there’s the atmosphere… 🔥
DJ Bashar absolutely killed it — hands down the best DJ in the entire U.S. The transitions, the energy, the ability to read the room — world-class. The crowd never sat still. He is a great dancer too.
A special shoutout to Helmi, who took service to another level. Not only was he on point with every detail, but he also delivered everything with a big, genuine smile and the energy of someone who truly wants you to have the best night of your week. He remembered names, made real recommendations (not just upsells), and somehow managed to be everywhere at once. A total pro.
From start to finish, Royalz makes you feel like royalty. Whether you’re here for a chill dinner, date night, or late-night lounge vibes with friends — this is the spot. Already planning my next visit.
10/10....
Read moreMy friend and I visited Royalz Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge on a recent Saturday night. While the option to enjoy hookah created a good atmosphere, the overall experience was severely let down by mixed food quality and highly disappointing service. The food was a tale of two dishes. The Chicken Shawarma was quite good and the highlight of the meal, although my request for spicy preparation was unfortunately ignored, resulting in a mild dish. The quality declined sharply with the Kabob Platter. The meats were generally bland, lacking expected seasoning. The side dishes were worse: the saffron rice was noticeably dry, tasting like it had been reheated, and the bulgur was served cold and unappetizing. The most concerning issue was the inattentive service. It appeared only one waiter was managing the floor, and she was preoccupied throughout our visit. We were left waiting at the entrance and were not seated until the manager intervened. This lack of attention continued all night, making it impossible to request the bill. After repeated failed attempts to get the waiter's attention, we ultimately had to walk up to her station to pay on our way out. Based on the mediocre food and the extremely poor service, I left feeling unsatisfied. Royalz needs urgent improvements in both kitchen quality control and staff attentiveness to...
Read moreWe were so excited to try Royalz after seeing how beautiful it looked. While the 5-star ambiance did not disappoint, the 1-star food and drinks unfortunately did.
The Good: The restaurant's interior is absolutely gorgeous. It has a very luxurious, high-end feel. The staff who greeted and served us were very friendly and polite.
The Bad: Service was incredibly slow. Despite the place being nearly empty, our drinks took a very long time to come out. The drinks were a miss. Our entire table was disappointed with our cocktails. They just didn't taste right. The food was a huge letdown. We ordered wings, and they arrived completely soaked in grease. The fries were undercooked and soggy. We could barely eat any of it.
Final Word: We actually left after the appetizers, paid our bill, and went to another restaurant for dinner. That's how disappointing the experience was. Royalz has the looks, but until the kitchen catches up, I cannot...
