Sub Wings Milkshake & Burger — Restaurant in Georgia

Very deceitful and deceptive business practices. AVOID this place! I have been passing this restaurant for years and decided to give them a try for the first time. I called in and ordered a 20 piece. I asked how many sauces can you order with a 20 piece and the clerk replied "2 sauces... But you can get whatever you want". I asked if I could order 3 sauces and he replied "Yes". When I came to pick up my order, he charged me for 3 separate orders. Why would you not tell me this over the phone? I paid $3.00 extra just to order a third sauce??? I would've only ordered 2 sauces had they explained this to me over the phone. Never will I return to this business. When I asked the clerk why didn't he tell me this over the phone, he looked stunned with not much of an explanation or apology.

Small wings and definitely not fried "extra crispy" like I explicitly asked for.

Updated reply to the owner: I would never write a misleading review for a business. I challenge you to review my call if it was recorded. You will hear for yourself that the cashier never said there would be an extra charge or that he would split my 1 wing order into 3 separate orders. I explicitly asked how many sauces comes with a 20 piece and decided to add this Google review based on my call. I even questioned him when I came in to pick up my order and told him he should've explained this to me over the phone because I would've never ordered the third sauce. I would suggest you address your cashier in this case, and not deflect or place any blame where it isn't warranted. I can understand being charged for an extra sauce, but that is not what happened. Let me start off by saying today was my first time trying this restaurant…. the service is 100000/10!

So I ordered on Uber eats. While I waited for my delivery which took longer than the norm, I got a call from the restaurant saying “I know You ordered much earlier, but were remaking your order because the Uber eats driver took a long time to get here & pick up” no one ever does that and I couldnt Be more grateful. Not only did they send the new wings, they also sent the original order they made so I could share with others.

Now let’s get to the flavor THE BEST WINGS I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! I got The extra hot lemon pepper and omg my tastebuds were doing back flips in my mouth. (Also the wings were NOT soggy when they arrived which was a plus) So savory and delicious. I would recommend any and everyone to come try them out, I can Guarantee you’ll become a regular.

Andrew was great. Ordered cheese steak and crinkle cut french fries, my wife ordered teriyaki wings and waffle fries, but she didn’t get the waffle fries(a little mess up) and she was completely happy with the crinkle cut fries. I added bacon to my cheesesteak with jalapeños, which was quite excellent. The fries came out super crispy the way you like them. Next time I’m going to pay for a side of teriyaki sauce to dip my french fries in. I highly recommend this place and they close promptly at 8:30 so get your butts down there by at least 8 o’clock. One last note, the cheesesteaks were made with ribeye meat and not Steak-Umms. Everything is fresh there.
