Please hire more workers and more cooks, please!! Extremely, extremely slow service inside restaurant and also outside, in Drive Thru!! The workers, the cashier, tells you up front, that they are short of workers, and that they only have one cook, for the Drive-Thru and also for the inside of the restaurant!! The workers do not smile, and they seem tense and stressed, and over worked, and very anxious!! This makes the kind, good customer, myself, feel sad and uncomfortable for them, and for myself!! I love the Wendy's food, however, this Milton, Florida location, is in need of more restaurant workers, and more cooks, and more smiles, from their workers! It is important for the workers and the customers to feel positive and to have a good experience, when ordering and waiting, for their food order!! Please hire more workers and more cooks, and please ask your workers, to smile and to welcome their customers, please!! It is not the kind, good customers' fault, who walks into a restaurant with unhappy and stressed and over worked workers, and the lack of restaurant workers, lack of cashiers and lack of cooks!! I have been to the Wendy's, in the Pensacola location, and they are fast, friendly and positive, and very welcoming, to me, the customers, there!! I am very sad for everyone, the workers and the customers, in the Milton, Florida location for the Wendy's Restaurant!! When I go to any restaurant, I want to feel welcome, and to see smiles, and to feel relaxed, when ordering my food!! Please hire more workers and more cooks, and ask your workers to smile, at the kind, good customers, who only want to get food for their family!! Bill Brown Milton,...
Read moreStopped to get my dog a plain cheeseburger. The video screen at drive thru speaker is either absent or not working. It never showed a visual of my order. 1 PLAIN cheeseburger. It's a drive thru speaker. The person taking the order had trouble with it. I had to repeat twice. My car is quiet, but whatever. She had trouble hearing me and the woman in the car ahead of mine. It happens. She repeated back the order. It should have been fine. The guy taking the payment didn't bother even saying hi, bye, did you have...? He just held out a hand and then, eventually, handed me back a card and receipt. They gave me and charged me for a jr bacon cheeseburger. I give my dog a cheeseburger once a month. Bacon is a no. I let the young lady at the window know. After saying Oh My God about a hundred times she got me a plain cheeseburger. Great. But what about the money that I was overcharged? Cue another 100 OMGs. Then, she got a manager. The manager got me a full refund because "I'm not trying to deal with this." Suit yourself. I'm not trying to deal with a string of preventable errors. I'm really not trying to pay for a mistake compounded by multiple employees.I had the right to what I ordered and to pay the appropriate price for it. I'm also not just driving around town trying to get a free sandwich so I insisted on paying for what I ordered and actually, finally, received. I also wasn't there to hear an employee shrieking Oh my God during my entire interaction, including after the manager intervened. FYI they couldn't refund my card for the overage so I had to take the refund and then pay for the sandwich in cash....
Read moreI ordered and ate a grilled chicken sandwich meal. It tasted a little off. After a few bites i threw it up. Called to let the the store know that there was something wrong with the food. I was asked if i wanted a more food to which i swiftly declined. Who wants to eat from a place that just made them vomit. I was informed by Holly who was working the window that food poisoning takes hours to affect someone. I didnt realized she was a medical expert. She was very condescending. After explaining that i didnt say it was food poisoning or that i wasnt looking for the $10 refund, i just wanted her to check the chicken. She continued to explain that the chicken was ok. So i asked if i could speak to a manager. I was informed that there was no manager on duty and that maybe in the morning i could find someone. When asked who the manager was i was informed she didnt know the name. After a minute of questioning the odds of one not knowing who their mannger was i was given the name Erica. I was so annoyed at the run around I never called the next morning to inform Erica about the situation. So this is a simple warning. 1. Dont eat the chicken 2. Holly is not only a medical expert but has this special ability to look at food and know its OK..so if you're ever sick just call her at Wendys late night for quality medical expertise at an excellent price. 3. She has no clue who her manager is. So if any one at Wendy's is reading this please inform your teams of who their chain...
