Benny's Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Before I say anything about this place I just want to let people know that the people that work here are very rude and unprofessional. I don’t expect them to kiss my feet. But I was there around 9pm on Tuesday December 19 and I was looking at the menu because I didn’t know what to order and I was letting people behind go ahead of me. I didn’t like how the person who took my order was rushing me to order and told me if I don’t hurry that I need to get out and leave and I was only looking for about 5-8 minutes. So I got mad and said that I wasn’t disrespectful towards them and if they would like respect then they should also give it. So I looked them up to find out that this place was on channel 12 in Milwaukee WI dirty dining on how they wasn’t keeping this place clean. And they had old shoe laces hold things up right by food. And keeping raw meats like chicken at room temperature. With raw hamburger meat also. If you want to get sick from there food then this is the place for you. Usually always a hit or miss. stopped ordering from here because at one point last year they where missing to much. Craving for just a few slices of pizza so I ordered 4 slices and cheese fries. Llamar told me it would be about a 45 minute wait. I asked " its still a 45 minute wait even though I work right on Lincoln and Burrell?" ( literally a 2 minute car ride). He said yes we are short on deliver drivers so i said oh yeah okay i forgot about that possibility. Fine... I placed my order at 6:18pm. I called back at 7: 20 and asked if there was an update. Llamar told me the driver was going to be there shortly. I said well how long is shortly i get off in another 30 minutes and didnt want them to come and be inconvenienced. Mr. Llamar said " IDK IM NOT THE DELIVERY DRIVER." I just hung up because obviously he was having a bad day or had gotten plenty of calls prior to me calling. Ordered a Pepperoni, Sausage, Green Pepper, Onion, Mushroom pizza, My standard, and wasn't disappointed at all. The thin crust was crunchy, & firm, Pepperoni burst with fresh flavor, likewise with the sausage. The green peppers, onions and mushrooms were fresh, all enhanced by a flavorful sauce with tang, and generous mozzarella cheese with it's own tang. What keeps this from being a five star rating was while ordering it, the Person taking the order seemed annoyed, and after each ingredient asked in an exasperated voice, "Is that it?", then, when I said, "Yes, that's it", He said "fine", then, due to My upstairs location, took My suggestion of calling Me when the delivery Person was there, said, "why not just be down there?" I said, "It's raining, maybe I should just cancel if You expect Me to stand in the rain." At the very least, questionable Customer service.
