El Tsunami — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I ordered two ceviche tostadas and a carne asada. I can’t even explain the atrocious taste of the ceviche. I love ceviche and I’ve tried it in many places in Milwaukee and although it might not be that great I still eat it. But this one? I had to throw away both of my tostadas because I couldn’t eat it. The ceviche is made with canned jalapeños which gives it the disgusting taste, it even has the carrots in there. This is why I go all the way to Chicago for my ceviche. Now the carne asada? Oh my goodness it was sooo chewy like I couldn’t even make some tacos out of it, it also only tasted like salt and pepper. Later on, even though I only ate a little bit of the carne asada I was getting heartburn and had the taste of the bad food come up. I’m so sorry I had to give this review, but I love food, and I want to prevent other people from wasting their money on food that’s not good. I paid $32.00 for food that I had to throw away. Came here plenty of times before I used to really like this place. The food is good, but there needs to be something done about the unfortunate people who walk in asking for change WHILE YOU'RE EATING. Which is really uncomfortable. On top of that, one of those guys who came in the day i was there had a NEEDLE SITTING TOP OF HIS EAR!!! I was surprised to see the staff not do anything about it. There were children there eating with their family, who knows what would have happened if that needle fell on the floor and accidentally poked a child. It has not been the first time something uncomfortable like this has happened. I think is really sad I had to stop going...
