Do not place a food delivery from this location! I have had ongoing issues with this location. They will prepare all your food before the driver gets there (fries, drinks, including shakes) and it could be sitting there for 30-40min. They will not drop fresh fries or remake your drink. 3rd time I received fries from the North Pole and a drink from the hottest parts of India! (I live 3mins away) I called to complain again and was told by a manager that it's not their fault if a driver is late picking up the order. They make the food when the order is placed, so if it takes a driver 40mins to get there to pick it up, it'son the driver. I then spoke to the manager over that manager who said certain foods are not made until the driver arrivals, like fries and drinks. She said she is sure the food wasn't made until the driver arrived becauseshe was the one who prepared it, which went against what I was initially told me, about when they prepare the food. She then got upset with me for being upset that, I counted her statement with facts of being able to track the driver and could see the driver made it to me in less then 3mins of picking up the order, so she had to be not telling the truth about when she made the food.
Clearly they are just making all the food far in advance of the delivery drivers getting there. They will lie to you about policy and will try to avoid you rectifying the issue.
As I stated, it's always the same issues with this location. Cold food, warm drinks and melted shakes, missing food items, unprofessional staff. Read moreI placed my order for 3 club 7 " subs on 8/14/18. I requested 2 of those subs to have no cheese or onions. At the window I clarified with the cashier there was no cheese on two of the subs and she replied "Yes". I returned home and discovered all 3 subs had cheese on them. I have a milk allergy and cannot simply remove the cheese. I spoke with a gentleman immediately who advise he was a supervisor and he sincerely apologized. I was told by that gentleman my name would be placed in the back office for a credit to replace my order. At the time I felt it was convenient for me to come in. Yesterday on 10/26/18 I placed my order in the drive thru and told the cashier I had a credit. I provided my name and she asked me to pull around. After waiting 20 minutes I finally get to the window and the cashier asked for payment. I stated again I had the order with a credit. She was clueless at this point and didn't know what was going on. The supervisor never came to the window to find out what was going on or to assist in the matter. The supervisor told the cashier I must pay. I requested the corporation information to file a complaint and she gave me the wrong number. This is the worst service I've ever had! My mistake was trusting the issue was resolved the first time. Read moreI've been to this location multiple times. Each and every single time I've been here they have gotten my order wrong. One time in drive thru I had to wait 20mins from ordering my meal to actually receiving it because the person running the window was too busy flirting with the car in front of me. I had to wait while he begged for a number. Today, I went to order food. Saw a car waiting at the drive thru and thought...better not. Went inside to find an older couple already inside complaining about how long it was taking for their order. Amist signs of "training" new staff there were three employees. One running the window. One making the sandwich. And the final one roaming the dining room. I waited 15mins at the window inside the restaurant while I was ignored for the drive thru with one car that was different than the one parked at the order box. The older couple waiting sparked up a conversation with is while we BOTH waited and talked about how HORRIBLE the service is here. While the conversation was happening, one of your employees was roaming the dining area and ignored our complaints and continued to go about roaming. We made the decision to leave before even being acknowleged. On our way out we deterred another customer by telling them the amount of time we have waited without being helped.
