I was incredibly impressed with a caramel cake I purchased. It was truly was one of the best, if not the best, caramel cakes I’ve ever had. I am very critical of baked goods because I am a baker myself. She does a masterful job of developing and balancing flavors without her desserts being overly sweet. The texture of her caramel is silky and the flavor was decadent. The cake was the perfect balance of the appropriate moisture and density, especially for caramel cake. I had no issue with my customer service. The prices were more than I was expecting but when I tasted her cake I understood how they are justified. I am eager to try more of her...

The dressing and greens were REALLY good, the mac and cheese was fresh out the oven but I did not like the texture too much (honestly shouldn’t have been tempted to get it anyway the way dairy /a lot of cheese literally tears up my stomach later.
