iTC Repairs — Local services in Milwaukee

Not going so well. The prices seem great yea for when the console actually gets fixed. Ive been waiting for my Playstation 4 to get fixed which granted its a little different issue than a simply hdmi swap (possibly) they dont even know 100% and it doesnt help the lack of communication either or the fact that theres a technition there only on Fridays. There needs to be ALOT better communication ive been told everytime when i check in that ill get a call later in the day or before they close with an update or whats going on and they never call i always have to call them. Still waiting foe the Ps4 to get fixed even though i was told itd be fixed today (which in reality i already knew they probably wernt going to actually do that, nor call me to tell me it wasnt going to). And also i was told that id be quoted before the went to work on fixing the problem but from the sound of it on the phone i was told the tech is working on what i thought was the problem when i origionally brought it in (which was shot down as a problem immediately after mentioning it only to now found out calling today it may even be what i said it was who'da thought) and if that isnt it hes gonna try swapping the HDMI. but the main issue is that if (when) they dont fix it today ill be waiting an entire week again just to call them again myself probably at the end of their work day to see if they fixed it yet. not very pleased so far with the service and will probably just take my ps4 back by that point. had hopes for this place because of the reviews for it granted they were mostly phone reviews but still doesnt change the fact that communication and having more days for your tech to actually fix these products would benifit alot for everyone. i guess we will hope...

Cracked my iPad screen and called around to get it replaced. Called iTC, and they were straight forward on pricing and advice if I should replace the broken screen or buy a new iPad. The price was definitely less expensive than buying a new iPad. The screen replacement cost with iTC was much less than any other repair business I called. He did a great job with the repair, communicated with me throughout the whole process and followed up if there were any issues. The iPad is working great and I’m really glad I called iTC Repairs. I called this place today about fixing my cell phone, the guy who answer was rude talking over me without letting me finish my question or telling him what happen to my phone. I hung up on him and he proceed to call my cell phone 13 times in a row because i hung up on him. He call i answer and hang up, he then proceed to send me a text message to my phone. Read below what an itc repair employee said to me! Then proceed to argue with me through text message.
