I was In today. The store was just opening. The store manager was extremely rude towards myself and then said due to store policy, If we don't have enough volunteers, we can't open the store for you..... (I didn't realize this.) I asked If I could just have a look around, he said, I just said, we can't open the store at this time, he then apologized. His tone was just rude and unnecessary. Myself and another customer turned away. Not a great way to start my morning thrift experience.
