Great American Bagel — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I came here today. I asked for water and the girl behind the counter asked for me to go get the water at the other end so she could scan it. I asked her why she didn't have bottles at her register to scan vs me having to get out of line to go get a bottle and come back. She said I just work here. So ABC why don't you have the bottles at the register or before or have a button in the computer to accomplish this. There was absolutely no thinking about a solution to the problem by these employees. Man this current workforce is...

Burnt "Af" charcoal bagel: waited in line to ask refund and cashier was slow to retrieve management, waited a few minutes before other employee mentioned it was most likely forgotten, the main cashier acted to not help situation with eye roll service. Management did refund purchase.
