Miller Brewhouse — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Stopped here after my flight and was very hopeful. Well, it was the burger with butter bacon and it had a paper thin slice of cheese on it, some lettuce and tomato. That's it. dry and then it was supposed to come with house made chips - which it didn't. But I didn't realize that as the server was kind enough to at least put some fries on my plate so that came up at the end of my meal. Server was great, they need to reconsider their basic burger. Paper thin cheese in Wisconsin? What? Nothing on the burger in the way of sauce, not even offered on the side? ...

I fly through this airport monthly and have tried here twice. Both times, crap service. Kudos to the cook who brought me my food today…then went to go get me silverware and ranch after recognizing my MIA server did not bring me anything. My drink showed up 5 or so minutes later from my waitress. The cook and the old man who cleans are the only good ones. I will also add though, this airport has horrible service throughout it except for the airlines. If you want decent service go to Perlick or grab something at the lakeshore supply shop in...

I used to go fishing with my dad on the Milwaukee pier when I was a kid. Perch was king on the late 1950s - haven't had much perch since then. So when I saw Milwaukee style perch on the menu, I just had to have it! And it was DELICIOUS! OK, it was $2 more than the other perch selection, but the MKE style deep fry wad worth it! The only critique: tasted like "more." But the airport does not do the larger portions like most Milwaukee dining places like to serve.
