We were at the Milwaukee airport for a 7 AM flight last Sunday And we stopped at Starbucks to get some drinks. There was a long line of people waiting, and I believe most of that team should be fired. Was a young lady there with brightly colored hair, talking way more than she was working very loudly about how they’re not part of the union and she only has one write up against her. There was another older woman with dark brown hair just moving a bunch of pictures back-and-forth on the counter neither of them were actually doing anything, and there was a long line of people waiting for their drinks who had flights to catch The young woman at the register was leaning on the register like she was ready to fall asleep the only one actually really working was the young woman manning the microwave heating up the food. It took so long to get our drinks that when we got to our gate, it was the final boarding call You could tell everybody there was really mad and looking at them like stop talking and get to work. Milwaukee airport ain't too busy so there was no long line and nothing was hectic here. Possibly because the business is so slow, there was only one gal manning the place. She had to do everything herself so things were slow, but she was quick on her hands and got things moving along.

Read moreWent here before a flight and got a drink, mug, and asked for a trenta water. Never have I had a problem getting water at Starbucks when buying other things. While I was waiting for my drink to come out, I proceeded to hear the two baristas talk among themselves about me asking for a Trenta water and if I were "nicer it would go farther". Nothing about my exchange was rude, I simply asked for what I had ordered at the front. If the checkout woman had told me when I asked for a trenta that she could only give me a grande, it still would have been fine for me. The fact that they were talking right in front of me about me- I have never been treated so rudely!!...
