Starbucks — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Arrived back in Milwaukee before our ride to pick us up was ready, so we decided to have lunch at Famous Famiglia in General Mitchell Airport. Rudest customer service ever! I ordered a salad for my wife and was told to step down to the cash register to pay. I politely informed the young woman who took 'care' of me that I was not done ordering. She gave me a big eye roll, and disgusted look. I ordered some pasta, and was then again told to go to the register -- which I did. She then proceeds to wait on another customer who just walked up and did not ring me up and take my payment for another 3-4 minutes. The other customer turned to me and even apologized for interrupting my transaction. I told him I was ready to walk away (as there ARE other choices in the airport), and only then did the rude worker proceed to check me out. I had to ask twice for a fork, was NOT given a tray, etc. The service couldn't have gone worse and the food was only so-so. I was made to feel like I was this woman's biggest problem for the day. Perfect example of why we should not have a $15 minimum wage. DON'T EAT HERE - change will only happen when this place goes out...

With an hour to spare, I decided to grab some spaghetti before my flight. There was no one in line but it took the worker (Ana) at least 5 minutes to acknowledge me. I didn't think much of it because she was cleaning and tidying up. After she finally greeted me, I gave my order two times. She mumbles something so I ask her to repeat herself. It's not exactly quiet in the airport. Being very polite despite her mumbling at me, she proceeds to get mad and screams "what do you want?!" I reply "I said spaghetti and meatballs". After I receive my food, I ask her her name. She pretends not to hear, then I ask again. This time, she's suddenly timid and says "Ana." Ana, you are insanely rude. If you hate your job that much, by all means, please find somewhere new to work. If I could give this review a "0", I would. I can't say I was surprised to see all these horrible reviews. $9 for a small plate of spaghetti and meatballs, not worth...

We were really hungry and just off the plane so we decided to risk it and eat here. Food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. The cashier helping us wasn't much help. She was too busy telling her friend that came to visit her how bad her day is and how she doesn't want to be here. She finally decides to help us. But then everytime I said what I wanted. She would end with "ok step to the checkout " she did this like 4 times. I am assuming that's her way of telling me she is done and wants me to be done ordering. I won't...
