Jimmy Johnâs Management Team â Management handled Online order and delivery service error horribly
The term freaky fast is gone for Jimmy Johns at this location........very disappointed on how management handled my online order with delivery. I placed an online order with delivery instructions on how I like my sandwich prepared, which they promote via email "delivery on your terms" on how we want our food delivered. On the app there is no other area to specific your food order.
I specified that I wanted Jimmy peppers on the side of sandwich and when I got my delivery the peppers were inside my sandwich as well as on the side. When I called the store about the error, Management didn't want to reconcile the issue because it was on online order. My receipt has the words "Can I have my jimmy peppers on the side of sandwich" printed right on there. I spent 20 mins trying to explain myself how I didn't make the error and just want what I paid for. Management didnât offer anything at first then finally saying they will swap out my sandwich with a new one.......2 hours later still waiting and scared to even eat the new sandwich, wonder if it is tampered with. Never again will I eat Jimmy Johns after this situation!!! Management handled my Online order and Delivery service...
   Read morePlaced an order on the app and went to the store to pick up. When I got home I noticed they had make my order incorrectly (got a regular size rather than a giant). I called the store hoping I could just have them make the other half of the missing sub and I could come get it. To my surprise, the staff who answered said they were too busy today and would not be able to make a half a sub. They sure did not look short staffed when I was just there. And common how long does it take to make a half a sub! Mind u they had just opened, and Iâm being told that at no point at all today could they make the missing food. I asked if I could get a credit since I paid for something I didnât receive. I was told they cannot give credit. I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and the guy came back to say the manager was not there. I asked for the managerâs name and was hung up on. After this, I notice the smaller size sub did not even have the items that were requested in the order and one of my other subs were make wrong.
Update: Same day this occurred I contacted the Corp customer service. They said they would reach out to the store and have someone follow up with me. I reached out to the Corp staff again today as the store has not bothered to attempt to...
   Read moreI worked at here for 2 months and here was some things i noticed.
The first day i started working there i wasn't properly scheduled and because of this, i came in on days i did not need to and missed days they thought they told me to come in.
The manger told me we did not get breaks and would have to eat during our shifts in the back of the store only. While he got up to an hour long break or longer at times.
For almost 2 days the lettuce went bad and the manger demanded that we still served it, he very rarely throws food out even if its visibly expired.
Nobody ever was in work uniform, the manager had crocs with no socks on in the store. Feet should not be in the kitchen. Also if we wanted uniforms we would have to pay â$20â to receive a shirt and a hat. I never received a uniform after working for 2 months. This $20 fee also was never mentioned to me in orientation or by a manager at all, i found out from a coworker.
I and many others also were never properly trained, certain things i had to learn on my own, certain things i were never taught.
I hope this reaches the right person because this location NEEDS new...
