Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

They forgot my food and didn’t call the driver back instead they threw it away and closed even tho the commute was a minute away on drive time. I called to ask about my sandwich and let them know driver was on way back to get it and I was told it was tossed they could only credit me for it because they closed already and refused to make me a new one since they were closed already (all bread tossed including sandwich minutes after they closed the store without Even consideration of calling to let me know the mistake or calling the driver and waiting a couple extra minutes. Instead she continued to argue with me on the phone when I said I wanted all my money back and they can come get this food too and return my money so I could get food from somewhere else to feed my all my kids since some of there’s was missing. Instead I was hung up on by not only her after refusing but she told the driver to hang up on me as well when I called him back he already arrived to pick up the other sandwich but he hung up when she told him . Poor customer service at this store and I will be following up with management because...

I made an online order at 10 am for same-day delivery at noon. When tracking the order at noon, I noticed it was not marked as out for delivery. I called, and they said it was out. I received it at 12:27 pm. I didn't receive the entire order. I called to get it fixed, and they gave me the manager on duty. She was unapologetic and even said it was only 12:29 pm when I mentioned I got my order a half hour late. They could not get me the missing sandwich within the next 15 minutes, so I requested a full refund, as now my client's lunch is all kinds of wrong. She said they could only credit me for the missing sandwich as I received the rest of my order. I later discovered that one of the sandwiches that did come was mislabeled, and we were missing a different sandwich. The whole experience was not good. I ordered for a specific time and it didn't even leave the store until after that time. AND they request a tip upon ordering... I tipped $10 for a meal that was 27 min late...

This was the first and will be the last time I go to Jimmy John's. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place was exceptionally a very bad experience for me. I understand they give your sandwiches fast but there was absolutely no care given towards making of my veggie sandwich. They literally put blocks of cheese and my avocado spread was inside these whole cheese blocks ..I has to dig it out...then I asked for a basil and oregano dip they gave me oil and vinegar. I did not realize until I started eating..my fault probably but they were kinda rude acting like I don't understand me. They didn't understand what to do when I said veggie...they we're shocked...the lady just looked here and there....I guess not many people order veggie sandwich at Jimmy John's. A very bad experience and to top it off the whole store smelled like sewage which is probably not their fault because there was some kind of sewage cleaning going on...
