Pretty dope. You can tell transition skaters are the ones building it. Very little to do if you’re a street skater. A ledge, a manny pad, some curbs to grind, that’s about it. Also, a lot of the transitions are hella steep and hella quick. Feels like as soon as you touch the quarter you’re almost instantly going vertical. Also the pyramid is super hard to get enough speed to clear over in fakie nollie or switch, and I have 52mm w/ bones Swiss so it’s probably even harder if you have smaller wheels or slower bearings than Swiss.
Long story short, it’s cool if you already are an experienced transition skater. Or just want a ledge to sesh. Besides that, kind of hard...

Definitely a time sensitive spot if you wanna bring kids to learn and have fun otherwise I try to have them stay off to the side but even that is difficult with random dudes smoking shorts and pacing back and fourth watching people. Probably be a 5 if it was a bit safer and more conscious of the youth I get it you work wanna blow off steem have a sesh but your 30 to 40 bro give the kids a shot and let them enjoy...
Read moreGreat park, great people. Never met an aggressive skater there. Skaters built and lobbied for this place with very little outside help and their own time and money, so if you show up on a bike or scooter maybe just keep that in perspective, and be friendly.
No one owes you anything, pickup some trash, help move some concrete or donate when you can, and regardless of what you ride you'll make some friends....
