SOOOO yesterday I went to Mae Velma's on teutonia and Good Hope to get two Ruben sandwiches. The meat was dried out so badly that I thought I was eating paper. They knew better than to sell that hot mess! I get home start eating and had to call them. The girl said I don't know what to tell you. We don't do funds. I said well put my name down can I get another sandwich? She said ok. I said do you want my name? She said ok. I told her my name and immediately she said ok. Like with no time to right it down. I took pictures and everything. So I called today so I can go get my replacement. They tell me idk why she told you that because you have to have the food in order to get it remade. I said I took pics and to be honest i had ate half of it until I couldn't take it anymore. The other girl told me to keep my receipt. She said I am the manager and anyone else you call would say the same. This is a clear case of being out for your business and not your customers. Got extremely overheated waiting for my food. It's to hot in the waiting area and music is to loud. The girl who took our order just sat on a chair didn't great us or say anything when she handed my card and receipt to us. She looked annoyed that she is there.
