McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I wouldn't even leave them one star but I had to to leave this review I was running errands and stopped I ordered food from the drive-through got home and they over packed my bag picked it up took it back to the store two Quarter Pounders two Big Macs order of fries and a frappe and told them they overpacked it they did not replace my food when it was their fault they said if I would have dropped it in the store they could replace it I told them I bought it through the drive-thru I called Headquarters never got a call back kept calling still haven't received the call that was two months ago the manager asked the lady that worked the drive-through should she replace my food and she said no I told the lady that work the drive thru UC someone from my family we come here every day if I don't my grand kids do all of the kids drive this is how I know she sees us everyday we always say hi to her and ask her is there a shift you don't work your here every time we are and she laughs and starts talking about her personal life she got mad and said I'm leaving nobody has a right to talk to me like that and I only said we come every day I will not ever go to the McDonald's on 16th between Washington and Scott McDonald's makes too much money not to replace $20 worth of food that they overpack that wasn't the first incident I've had with that particular McDonald's I can see their front door from my front door they put square boxes with sharp ends in a paper bag when you pick the bag up the box goes through the bag and rips it my food fell I was very calm when I went in the store and I was very calm when I left the store I never raised my voice got out of hand or even hollered or yelled I only asked them to replace the food that they over packed I have my receipt in my hand and their security guard kicked me out no one cared they were all...

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It is close to my house so I have stopped several times there, hoping they would give me a reason to like this place but it just gets worse and worse each time. I'm not sure if their thermostat is busted or they just have no ventilation or cooling system but every time I have gone inside, I am dripping sweat within minutes. Several times, I have waited 15 or more minutes for a simple order of fries and a soda while watching other people get their fries. So obviously, their training program and management aren't doing something right there. I don't have any complaints regarding the food itself, I mean..it's McDonald's lol. The workers are very depressing and the whole atmosphere inside is very blah. If you are a female, I'd advise you to avoid this place at breakfast time. Several men gather for their morning coffee and sit around and chat but that's not all they do. They whistle, cat call and flat out stare you down the second you walk in. There is also a high homeless population around here. Prostitutes with obvious drug induced sores all over their bodies frequent this place. I'd say if you can stick to the drive thru, it might be better but skipping this place and driving the few extra blocks to the next McDonald's would...

I really in a loss for words I can't even think of a word for what I experience at this restaurant ok but long story a dear friend of mine came in to place a order and had to go to the restroom and was in the restroom using it and a male security officer and his other male crew members ok busted in the restroom on me and as I was using and demanded that I get up off the toilet and leave before I placed my order and when I asked what I did wrong I was given no answer or reply and was still asked to leave and no female crew members ever came in and said anything or explained what was wrong or what I had I did wrong ,when I came out in to the lobby and politely asked what was the reason why I was asked to leave I was never given a reason why I was to leave and,when I came out and demanded to know why all of the Hispanic people that worked there acted like they didn't know no English basically they ignored me so I just wanted to share my experience that I will never go threw again cause I won't ever be a customer...
