I pull up to the speaker, girl says hold on a second then two cars in the other lane proceed to get helped. I order a #2 with a sprite which I thought was a meal.. I order two slushy drinks, I pull up to the window give my payment, I pull up to the second window to get my order they tell me they don't have the flavor of slushy drink I ordered so I asked why didn't you tell me that before I paid she proceeds to get the manager who gives me attitude and some excuse that made no sense to me they asked If I want the other flavor slushy drink I ask my 3 kids they said fine so we get the other flavor. I get home and have no hashbrown in my bag. I ordered a number 2 with a sprite I thought that means I get a meal, either way just a terrible experience I was calm and collected the whole time they weren't even busy. As a costumer I feel like I was not taken care of fairly. I don't even think I received an apology like I said some lame excuse that me as a costumer wouldn't understand. As far as costumer service goes if this thing would let me I would put zero stars, even my kids were like that was rude. Ages 6,4, and 1. I still can't even believe the service I just got.    Read moreThe problem I had is not the fault of this McDonald's location but is a bigger corporate problem and involves the app. I went to McD's to get lunch for the office and I used the drive thru. I had a coupon so I gave the coupon number when I ordered. I get to the pay window and find out that the ENTIRE ORDER was AUTOMATICALLY put on my credit card that I had added to the app previously. This happened because I used a coupon so the system could identify me at the time of ordering. WHAT??? The app doesn't even ask if your card should be used. At Starbuck's you can scan for stars OR scan for stars AND pay. The Starb's app let's YOU decide how to pay for the order every time. I had wanted to put the McD's order on the company credit card since the company was buying the office lunch. Instead I personally ended up buying $50 worth of food for the entire office. I did not authorize that payment method for this order. I had no idea that using a coupon would automatically put the order on my card. I deleted my card from the in-app payment feature so McD's won't be deciding for me how to pay, in the future. I recommend that you DO NOT ADD A CREDIT CARD TO THE APP.
