**Outstanding Shawarma Experience at Shawarma house ( Milwaukee) I recently had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name], and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a lover of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, I’m always on the lookout for a place that serves delicious and genuinely halal food, and Shawarma House (Milwaukee)exceeded my expectations. **Ambiance and Service:** The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, with a subtle yet charming decor that reflects the rich culture of the Middle East. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to accommodate dietary preferences truly stood out. **The Shawarma:** Now, onto the star of the show – the shawarma. Simply put, it was phenomenal. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, with just the right balance of spices. Whether you choose chicken, beef, or lamb, each bite bursts with flavor. The meat is thinly sliced and cooked on a traditional vertical rotisserie, which gives it that authentic taste you would expect from a top-notch shawarma joint. The pita bread was soft and fresh, serving as the perfect vessel for the delicious fillings. The addition of fresh vegetables and the house-made garlic sauce elevated the shawarma to new heights. Every component was thoughtfully prepared and combined to create a mouthwatering experience that left me craving more. **Sides and Extras:** The side dishes were just as impressive. The hummus was creamy and smooth, with a rich flavor that paired wonderfully with the warm, fluffy pita bread. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, seasoned beautifully with herbs and spices. The variety of fresh salads and pickles added a nice crunch and a refreshing contrast to the hearty shawarma. **Value for Money:** The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food. [Restaurant Name] offers great value for money, making it a fantastic choice whether you're dining alone, with family, or with friends. **Final Thoughts:** Overall, [Restaurant Name] is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic halal shawarma. The combination of excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service makes it a standout restaurant in the area. I’ll definitely be returning to try more of their menu, and I highly recommend it to others! -

I landed in Milwaukee airport on Tuesday night and had enough time to order a falafel sandwich with extra fries on my way to the hotel so that I get food ASAP. I am 100% sure that I added a very kindly note to avoid Tahini in my food, and also send Mayo instead of ketchup. Also I needed utensils and checked that box too. The food was delivered really quickly but none of this instructions was taken care of. I called the restaurant and explained the problem and THREE different people talked to me without helping me at all. The first guy told me he refunds me, they changed his mind and pass the phone to someone else. The second guy was not a native English speaker neither (so nor am I! But you need someone who can communicate with your customers in English) and again passed the phone. The third guy first told me he knows me and I am their loyal customer!!! I told him they are mistaken me with someone else and it’s my first time in Milwaukee, then he said there is no note and he can take a picture of my order and send it to me! WHY should I give you my number!? So I had to hang up. Imagine spending $23 for a food you couldn’t eat and staying the night hungry after a long long flight. Family owned businesses must learn the customer service before being allowed to start their business! Zero understanding of this! I have worked as a food service manager before and there are two principles: 1. Customer is ALWAYS right. 2. If you think differently, read the first principle again! You have to replace the food. Period.

Shawarma House is undoubtedly a culinary gem that deserves every bit of its five-star rating. I've had the pleasure of dining there not just once or twice, but a whopping seven times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional.

One of the standout features of Shawarma House is the sheer consistency in the quality of their food. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the tantalizing aroma of freshly grilled shawarma, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The menu offers a variety of options, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians, ensuring that everyone leaves with a satisfied palate.

Their shawarma is a masterpiece - succulent, perfectly seasoned, and served in warm, fluffy pita bread that's been toasted to perfection. The meat is always tender and bursting with flavor, a testament to the chef's dedication to culinary excellence. But it's not just the shawarma; their appetizers, such as the crispy falafel and creamy hummus, are equally delightful.

The service at Shawarma House is commendable, with attentive staff who are always eager to assist and make your dining experience enjoyable. The ambiance is inviting, whether you choose to dine in or order takeout.

Furthermore, the portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave with a contented stomach and a smile on your face. This restaurant truly offers value for your money.

In summary, Shawarma House has consistently provided me with memorable dining experiences. Their delectable shawarma, friendly staff, and inviting ambiance make it a must-visit for anyone looking to savor authentic Middle Eastern cuisine. I can confidently say that after seven visits, Shawarma House remains my go-to restaurant for the best shawarma in...

I ordered from the restaurant for delivery. The delivery guy 'claimed' that my phone didn't have a signal (and did not leave a voice message for some unknown reason) and left my food inside the building (close to the front desk but not to them directly, which is insane) without giving me a text or any response that the food was 'thrown somewhere.'

Moreover, the girl who is working their literally said "he did not give the food to the front desk because [she] did not tell him to do so. [She] told him to just put it outside."

This lets me think... why have workers like this who does not care about the customers? I am a huge fan of the restaurant and - used to - eat there at least once a week. Those workers are just destroying the reputation of this good restaurant. Unfortunately, their response is not ethical or sane, which forces me to not go there any more until such people are replaced.

Update: I just received a call from the owner of the restaurant (the very next day) who just apologized in place of the workers, which shows that the owners do actually care about the customers. Even though I haven't met him before (since I order online a lot), but my friends know what a good guy he is.

The reputation of the restaurant should not be biased and based on one bad experience out of tens of good ones. I still believe the restaurant deserve my gratitude and loyalty as a customer for the good owners it has and the delicious for they serve.

Delivery sometimes gets complicated, and better pick up for more certainty or pay in cash to confirm the delivery prior to payment. Be careful when dealing with the redhead girl working there as well. She is...
