*LONG POST: I loved Rocky Rococo as a teenager. We would ride the #63 bus to Bayshore Mall, window shop and get a slice of pizza and a drink. I live in Illinois now so I wanted some hometown pizza for my Granddaughter to try. I ordered over the phone, was told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. I made it about 45 minutes to the restaurant and gave my name to the young lady and she got my order but, they didn't have my small pizza ready so that took about 20 minutes. I was NOT upset, just tired from my travels all day. The complaint I have is...NOT one of the staff members had on hair nets and their hair was long or in locs. The young men directly handling the food did not have on gloves and that disturbed greatly!š³ I believe that ALL restaurants should require long hair, weaved hair and locs to be worn up and in hair nets neatly. ALL staff directly working with food should wear gloves, have on clean uniforms and change the gloves and WASH their hands! I stopped eating out for this very reason. Managers have to DEMAND cleanliness from their staff at these restaurants. My bosses did when I worked. Nobody wants hair in their food or other bacteria! I will try a different Rocky Rococo next time I'm in Milwaukee. *Silver lining: A woman who was waiting for her food when I came in offered to help me carry my food out and gave me $20 for my Granddaughter who turned 11yrs old and the pizza was for her surprise...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIt took the drive-through worker five minutes to even say something over the speaker and I was the only one in line there was nobody in the store, so I donāt understand what was taking so long then I finally ordered and kindly asked him to read me my order back to make sure he got everything he never did. He just said Yep And said you can pull around when I got to the window. He didnāt say a word to me. He just stuck his hand out so I gave him the cash and my debit card. He never even told me what he was charging me. He then took my card and my cash gave me my card back and never handed me a receipt The whole confrontation he never said a single word then when I finally got my food and got home, I realized I didnāt even get my order right I ordered a sausage and pepperoni slice and got a sausage and mushroom slice. My girlfriend ordered shrimp Alfredo with extra broccoli and a side salad. She got one little bushel of broccoli like three baby shrimp that had look like they have just been born and she didnāt even get a salad instead, they gave her more breadsticks than they gave me horrible service. Definitely do not recommend going here or anywhere along Brown deer Road. We also feel very sick after eating this food never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could post ZERO stars I would. Just based off how the āmanagerā Shaniqua handled our problem. We placed an order over an hour ago that was coming through door dash. The first call my boyfriend made to the restaurant to check on it, with an attitude she told him they donāt deliver. Upon confirming the money was taken off the card, I called back and got Shaniqua as well. Before barely letting me get my full question out she was saying they donāt deliver. When I mentioned it was through door dash, she was still barely helpful blaming their lack of knowledge on how my boyfriend worded his question. I told her as a manger I figured she would try to resolve it better, but she went on to tell me how Iām calling her telling her how to do her job and that would our order will come whenever the dasher bring itās lol. She couldnāt even tell me if the order at least left their store. We ended up canceling this 84$ dollar order after waiting all this time just because she was the worse. We will NEVER order from here again thanks to her... that really sounded...
