Taco Bell: 8030 w brown deer road store# 030420 Order #: 948164 When i arrived at the restaurant and pulled to the speaker i was asked to wait a moment, after about 15 minutes pasted i proceeded to say hello with no response. So i pulled up to the window to see if something was wrong, it looked as if noone was in the building. I called the number provided for the location, spoke to the manger on duty and asked what was going on and that i had been sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes and was told it was too bad and i needed to go back to the end of the line to get service, i asked for a manger she said she was the manger on duty and to get service i would have to go to the end of the line because i drove away from the speaker. After hanging up a worker was about to hand me my order then the manger told her not to, and kept proceeding that i had to go back to the end of the long line even though on the website it says my order was ready and the other lady was going to give me my order. The manger showed no professionalism and type of understanding for the time wasted. Only cared about the doordash orders and repeatedly said that that was their only priority. And only started servicing the rest of the customers once i had drove up to the window. Just very rude and unnecessary, once i got my food it was very soggy like it had just been sitting there, like i said my order said it was ready when i went to the window, my food also was not warm and my drink was very watered down. The food was very good I've always enjoyed going to a Taco Bell. But this one day I go to in Milwaukee Wisconsin seems to do not know how to clean during the dinner hour or the lunch hour. Store number 030420 it's in on On 8030 West Brown Deer road Milwaukee Wisconsin. My order number was 246099. I had just stopped in for a snack so I ordered off the dollar menu. The food was excellent. But the tables were food on the tables sticky spilled soda soda straw papers on the floor and on the counters on the other cables. And they had just remodel this a couple months ago. I have worked in the food industry for about 12 years. I always thought that a clean kitchen is a good kitchen to work in but this one had food particles ,paper, And everything else on the floor .. The people were just walking through the food on the floor. I did talk quiet loud to of another person evidently 1 of the staff members decided to clean up the mess. I had been in there earlier this week. And there was a cup underneath the customer counter. It was still there today. Sometimes I wonder how this Taco Stays and Business. This has not been the 1st time that the place looks a mess. You would think during lunch time that they would go out at least clean off the tables and wipe them down with disinfectant but I guess this place doesn't really care. I do have to admit that the people working in the kitchen not at the counter were very friendly. The counter person acted as those she was waiting on people at was an imposition in her life today. Had a real hunger for Taco Bell. Decided to go to the Brown Deer site instead of Glendale. Mistake number one!

Upon entering drive thru and placing order I was told I had to go in and pay by credit card or debit card as they were not taking drive thru orders.

I am a senior citizen and can't walk so drive thru's are a must. I told the girl my plight and if she could help me as I couldn't drive back to Glendale, which I should have. Amazingly she said just this once. Ordered 6 Taco Supreme hard shell and one steak burrito. Wanted to try as it was on TV. Mistake number 2.

I paid by debit card, waited in front, food delivered and when I got home my tacos were soft shell, mushy and the paper stuck to the tortilla. My kids looked at them and one vomited from the site of the blob mess. It tasted like it too. The steak burrito had no steak but cheese mush and then I called! Mistake number 3.

They told me I ordered it that way. Huh? Come Monday and I'll get new taco's for replacement. I did but didn't get andthat was Mistake number 4.

I will never go to Brown Deer Taco Bell again. They should and I think close up soon. The kids working there are helping to destroy the owners store and their own jobs. God...
