Upper Crust Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

About 2 weeks ago my husband ordered this pizza for delivery. It was a little late but not too bad. Today I called to order for delivery again to try something different. The service simply sucked. It took 3 tries of calling for the call to go through. When answered, immediately put on hold. Still I remained understanding thinking maybe its busy. When young man comes to the line I told him I'd like to order for delivery, he asked for my phone number then puts me on hold. He comes back to the line and asked my address, puts me on hold again. Then comes back to line to say they don't deliver this area. I told him that we just had a delivery order 2 weeks ago. He said that he doesn't know what to tell me. I simply said bye and disconnected the call. It really sucks that service cannot be consistent and we have to go elsewhere to get pizza in our area. UPDATE----I shared this story with my husband when he got home. He tried to call to ask if they delivered to our address. He was told that they do deliver to some address on our block but not ours. FANTASTIC. We ordered Upper Crust during a hail storm in the middle of their dinner rush. The order placement was quick and easy and the employee on the phone was very helpful and polite. We placed our order which was estimated for delivery in 50 minutes. 45 minutes later, a very friendly delivery driver pulled up during a particularly crazy part of the storm and dropped off easily the best pizza I’ve had in quite some time. The crust (thin crust) was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and well placed, and the sauce was INCREDIBLE. We are definitely recommending Upper Crust.
