Bun was stale AS USUAL! Bad attitudes/vibes from most employee interactions. Some are great, some are not.
For as busy as this place can get, I'm floored how the buns are ALWAYS so stale. Dry and stale. Never fails.
Ordered a $6 dollar Biggie Bag. Total was $6.36 Gave the cashier in the window my money, $6.45, and she's asks, what did you order again??
Repeat my 6 dollar Biggie Bag order. (Dbl Jr. Bacon cheeseburger. Sweet & Sour sauce for my 4pc with a Coke) She's calls the manager over (who's on the phone herself already) And they correct their wrong. (Probably gave someone else the wrong order?) So, I wait a few minutes and get my food.
Soooo, I get my food & drink right, it's all accounted for. Cool. Ask the lady for some salt for the fries and she seemed up set with me? Lol Asks me,what did you say?? Ooook.. I ask again. Received requested salt packets...
DO I DARE ASK FOR MY .09 CENTS... Soooo, I just stared at her for about 9 seconds and before she was just about to speak again....(just knowing she's gonna say something slick), I smiled and pulled off. LOL Get back to the jobsite open my Jr. Bacon (now a TRIPLE for whatever reason) Cheeseburger and smdh.... Dam near a crunchy stale bun. GO FIGURE! I'd trade that free meat patty for a fresh bun any day!
I literally give up on this Wendys! I know it's one of their cheapest value meals but dam. The buns from last week or something? And the .09 cents thing. It absolutely isn't about the change,but it's just how business works. Wendy's doesn't need my .09 cents donation. The vibe I got was that, if I would've asked for it, it would've set the cashier off the deep end. Lol
Working at a drive thru must be pretty stressful. Dealing with all us wrong and petty hungry...
Read moreArrived at Wendy's drive thru at 10:07 AM this morning, waited 11 minutes to get to a point where I could order. At that point, I was asked to "wait a moment", it's now 10:17 AM. I wait for until 10:28 AM, after I asked "is anyone there" 2 times and there are no cars in front of not at the drive thru window; mind you, there are 4 cars behind me that have been there just as long I have.
An associate comes on and says that I can proceed with my order. I order 2 breakfast sandwiches, she stops me abruptly as say that "were serving lunch now' but I'm looking at the breakfast menu. I tell the associate that I've been in line for over 20 minutes with 10 minutes of sitting in front of the order board, she tells me that they were "transitioning" to lunch and that they had window broken on the store the night before and that they were also preparing for visit with their General Manager. I can be that understanding customer, but I can't understand why the management or staff of this Wendy's wouldn't simply inform the me of the wait up front, giving me the option to leave earlier. I wasted almost 30 minutes in drive thru before I found out that I couldn't order what I wanted?! The purpose of a drive thru is to provide a customers with an efficient option. My last 2 visits before this one were similar to today's visit and what i really want is for the service to improve to acceptable levels at this Wendy's.

Read moreThis location was terrible! I went to the drive thru around 10 pm I was done with this whole ordeal by 10:30. After a very long wait in line I ordered a southwest avocado salad. I asked for the avocado on the side because I wasn't eating the salad right away i wanted to go the gym first. When I got my total it seemed a little high but I was in a rush so I didn't question it. When I paid I saw on the receipt I was charged $1.00 for avocado. It comes with it so I shouldn't have been charged and I have done this before without an issue. I still let that go. I get my salad and proceed to drive off but I wanted to check it first. They put spicy chicken on it which i cannot have. The menu clearly states it comes with grilled chicken, and I have purchased this particular salad a handful of times without an issue. I get back in line wait my turn and state my issue. A woman apologized and told me to pull up to the door. When I do a man comes out and asks whats the problem so I politely told him. He said I must be specific about the chicken i want because it can come with any kind. I point out the menu says it comes with grilled chicken, he then repeats what he said. I just hand over the salad because I don't want to argue with anyone making my food. Later when I finally get to my salad there was a long black hair in it! I went through all that just to...
