Was the only person in the drive through and waited for 3 minutes before someone came over the intercom and asked me to wait, which wasn't an issue since I just assumed they were short staffed. After 5 minutes she asked me to wait again, which as a line formed behind me, I had to. After 3 minutes, I was asked to wait yet again, but after waiting a good 10 minutes she finally said I could order. I tried to get a potato, but they were put, so I ordered 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers and a small fry.
Once I pulled up to the window, the lady took my card and disappeared with my card for approx. 5 minutes. While I waited, I watched a worked fill a drink for herself, then look into the cup, found what I could only assume was a bug, and threw it out. She then proceeded to pull out cups, look in them, and discarded them until she found on clean enough to use (made me really glad I didn't get a drink!)
The lady who took my food came back with my food and once she handed me the bag stared at me like she wasn't sure what I was still doing there. I asked her for my card and she said, "sure. I can get that for you.", she handed me the card and told me they were put of receipt paper.
Once home, I noticed I was missing a sandwich, but as I didn't feel like heading back there again, I decided to go without. Upon biting into the Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, I found that there was zero bacon on it and mayo seemed to be the mean ingredient.
All-in-all, would not recommend this location. Only earned a second star because while the customer service was severely lacking, from the very little interaction I had with them, they seemed like decent human beings and maybe they were just...

I was there as a door dasher when I finally got to the window I gave them my order information for both orders they hand me a tray of drinks and 3 bags of food I asked what order is what he told me I'm gonna have to figure that out myself to move along they are busy tonight and the receipt is attached to the bags.
