Horrible experience will not shop here again , Andy is a lazy uncompromising store manager who always acts like he not in the office when you call to avoid fixing a problem . I purchased a king size bed that I am still not able to sleep in nearly 2-3 weeks which costed nearly 3k a full 2,600.this guy refuse to order new legs or new front head board which he tried bribing me into not going on thru with a replacement for a free carpet which I didn’t take. he lied he reordered front headboard and the legs . I understand that furniture can come from a warehouse damaged or faulty but to blame the reason for why legs not working well or fitting well on a bed due to a warehouse and not blame the people they had me pay to build the stuff is ridiculous. I literally watched the people build a drill nails into parts of the bed they was not suppose to try to make the legs fit. Why he do not hire people who know English and is legal United States citizens that have common sense to say to his boss oh the legs not fitting or this and that instead of damaging the product worst that way maybe Andy could had ordered new ones. No they build the bed and with 3-4 days of me and my spouse laying on the bed one leg pop off and the other that his builders called their self nailing in started leaning. Only thing this store manager could suggest and gave us was metal king size bed frame told us to remove all wood and just use that which was same method he had his so call builders do the last couple times they was hear. Which still didnt work and the bed did not fit. They refuse to do anything. I will be contacting better buisness bureau and a lawyer. When I request to Andy which is on video to just replace whole set since it seem like he refuse to replace the whole bottom part /legs he charged a 25 percent restocking fee which is nearly $250 dollars when none of this is my fault. You have a question and he belittles you, doesn't understand or listen for that matter. I had a question about picking up bedside tables from a set that my parents bought me for a GIFT. They are financing it yes, but when I talked to Eddie, he assured me I could pick them up once they arrived. I multiple times told them I was the one picking it up and my parents are paying for it.
So when I picked items up, I am not paying for it - they are. I obviously don't live with parents or sister so they wouldn't come with me to pick up. Which I also made clear and they kept saying I could pick up. So it's either selective hearing or they really don't know what they are doing.
So I know X is owed but now he is going back and saying "I want the bedside table for free" which is NOT the case. Again, I am not paying for the set as it is a GIFT and mind you, we have the KING SIZE BED AND MIRROR DRAWERS but can't give me the bedside tables.
A simple conversation would have sufficed. He didn't let me talk, didn't let me explain, and continued to belittle me. Horrible customer service and even terrible owner if he can even be called that.
ALSO - the bed's legs underneath kept moving and twisting. They won't stay put, they gave me the wrong springs and some scratches on the set as well. I was going to look past it as it was a gift and im very grateful but he after this interaction, I am livid.

If you do visit this place, located off North Ave., please be stealthy about where you park. I pull into the parking lot next to the several businesses on that street, as I was going to get my nails done next door. When I come back from the nail salon, the OWNER parked me in. As I wiggled out of my spot, being respectful of the other cars around me, I wasn’t able to leave the parking lot. The OWNER of this establishment was parked diagonally in the middle of the parking lot. I asked politely if he could move so I could get out, or else I would have had to reverse on to the busy street. He told me, very very rudely, to reverse because “he’s not leaving he just came out there to sit in his car”. Instead of pulling into the parking spot that I just left out of, he parked DIRECTLY in front of the exit which enhibits, not just me, but 3-4 cars not being able to leave.
