I had heard lots of great things about this place and was looking forward to trying out their food My experience started off like this We walk through the doors and notice that the place looked run down and the tables were dirty when we walked up to the counter (I was in a party of 3) we asked the the guy behind the counter what he recommended and was met by rudeness and impatience. We ordered our food and it was brought out in a timely manner which was nice. I had ordered a tamale and was shocked to see what I got tried to peel the husk off and the tamale was so dry and just stuck to it so I took it back to the counter and asked for another and the attitude I was met with was anything but nice and what was more up setting was that he took the tamalr in the back and instead of bringing me another one he peeled it and gave it back. I was upset by this time by the whole experience and just went back to my table and calmed down. I ate the burrito I ordered which was very good and as we left I placed the tamale on the counter and left. My chief complaint is this the customer service sucked there is not a big enough word to define how bad it was. I will be contacting the company and showing them a picture of the disaster I was served. I will not go back to the Milwaukie location but will try another one because I did enjoy the Burrito I was served just...
Read moreI only came to the review page because I was initially just checking how late they are open and got stuck in a rabbit hole.
I have to say that anyone who has negatively reviewed this place must have caught them on a bad day OR they are the kind of person who hates their life/job/relationship and hop on the internet to make themselves feel better.
I have been coming to Super Burrito since I was a kid and Im 31 now. I go here multiple times a week, they have never got my order wrong, have always been extremely kind and fast. I never dine in, its just not that kind of place. When I was living in the inner southeast of Portland, I would drive out to Milwaukie JUST to go to Super Burrito.
I always used to get the super nachos (so good!) or the chile cheese fries (really!) but my brother told me about their hardshell tacos (shells are made in house, SO bomb) and I get these every time now.
This place is a gem, I love my experience and if you're reading this review, close your phone and get your a** over to Super Burrito! They have a...
Read moreEarlier today I ordered a basket of chips (with a burrito) and found two half-eaten French fries among the chips. This would be understandable, albeit disgusting, if this were a burger joint--because, perhaps a few fries got dropped into the wrong location. But it's not a burger joint; it's a burrito joint . . . that doesn't even sell fries. That means the fries hanging out within my chips were from an employee or someone else who had been eating and who found a way to drop said fries into the chip bag/box/bin. It doesn't do much to have Covid restrictions in place, limiting where people can sit and making them wear masks to enter, if you're just going to drop your half-eaten fries into customers' orders. I mentioned (and showed) the fries to the cashier. His response?--"Would you like another order for free?" Um, would I like another order of chips that you'll scoop out of the same place you found the bunch with the fries amid them? No thanks, dude. I'll just throw these out and never...
