The staff are rude to customers and act like we are an inconvenience to them when they are on their personal phones or watching their tvs. I was in this week with a client, I visit and bring clients at least once a week, and every time we tried to get their attention for boxes and bills, they would just walk right past and ignore us because they were on a private call. This lasted for at least 10 minutes before thet finally attended to us. There was mystery meat in my vegetarian food as well. I asked them what the mystery meat was and they said they had no idea. Didn't ask if I wanted it remade, just walked away without saying anything. My client was so upset and said the service was terrible and she would not tip anything. I have been in the industry and cannot leave without tipping, but I was tempted to "leave her a tip" and that tip was, "provide good service and I'll provide a thank you at the end". It is not a law to tip, but people expect it without providing good customer service, and this place and the servers there do not deserve a tip at all. I've been going there for al least 2 years and have been treated kindly before, but that went away. It is not my duty to not support a place that does not value their customer base. Especially the ones that spend at least $35-$45 each time they go. The last straw was today. My partner called in an order for us of two to go orders of pad thai. Easy peasy order. The women on the phone kept rushing her to quickly order and get off the phone but my partner was also in the industry and understands busy times during staffing shortages, so she ordered quickly and hung up felling assured that her food order was properly taken. When she got there, they said $13.95 and she thought that was too low so my partner asked if it was for 2 orders and the woman barked that it was only one. My partner stated that she ordered 2 things so she quickly ordered another order to go. She had just got off work, was starving, and still had to drive to our house 30 minutes away. She finally got the order, and just to make sure she checked, and my order was in-correct. They had to remake so my partner had to wait another 15 minutes. The moral is, I pay alot to break bread with a friend, and while paying alot doesn't bother me, I do appreciate good service in return. This is not the case here. They act like you are a number, and not only have they lost a long time customer and revenue generator, they have gained a disgruntled customer and I will make sure that people that I have taken there know the service is not worth the food any longer. Read moreBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been a regular customer of this place since 2017. It looked like they changed ownership or management lately. Food now is OK but not the best like in 2017. My family just came there today evening as usual Saturday diner after church. We got the table, then it took about 10 min as normal for a lady came out to take order. We made 3 orders, then waited about 15 min, a guy came out with a chicken Pad Thai which we did not order. He said sorry then got back to kitchen. Now we just sat there to talk a lot of different thing about 25 min, nothing came out. I checked with the lady who took order; she said that it would came out soon, then she got in the bathroom for a while, nobody informed what went wrong with our order. We just sat there another 10 min. We saw a couple came and about 15 min they got served. So I patiently asked the lady again about our order, she said again that they too many orders so our order would come out soon. We waited for another 10 min, I came to the counter to ask her if our order were not cooked yet, She said not yet. Then I told her sorry please cancel the order and we left. It took us almost more than an hour to wait for nothing. Nobody informed anything to us, nobody said any sorry. I rarely write a review, but this time I have to post this to alert people about this place. It is not the same quality of service as past year. People working there are new also. Not nice,...
Read morewaited 30 minutes for our order to be taken ( had to actually stop a waitress to take our order ), finally brought out my wife's food, she started eating, realized it wasn't what she ordered, got the waitress attention, they corrected it. by the time they brought out my dish, my wife had finished. they had brought out rice for two, but she had put 1/2 in first dish, and used the last 1/2 for the correct dish, so they brought me out my own rice ( & charged us $1.99, even though it was their fault ). we also ordered Pad Thai for take out to go home to our son. got to the register, they tried to charge us for the entree delivered to our table by mistake, finally got the bill straightened out ( except for the extra rice ), and took our Pad Thai and started to leave. got to the car and realized that they had given us the wrong take out order ( 3 total entrees ), so we went back got the right take out, i don't want to even know what they did with the order that they gave us by mistake... I used to eat here a lot, up till about 1 year ago, don't know if ownership has changed, but i will not be going back...
