Essentially a ghost town. The anchor chain left a long time ago but is slated to change soonish. Parking lot could use attention. Admittedly there are several businesses in this marketplace that we frequent including the fast-food franchises. The landscape is attended to but is the maintenance is the typical "cube, inverted triangle, or globe" which is destructive to the ornamentals receiving this brutal misinformed manner of care. During the past Presidential election, the confederate renegades managed to set-up shop offering objectionable paraphernalia. One of the most overpriced bourgeoise grocers is in the process of locating to the marketplace which leaves many of us wondering what the business has in mind with regard to the demographic target. Read moreThere are some decent stores left here, but they can you be spaced out pretty far. Shopping center itself is basically a ghost town, and has been ever since Albertsons left as an anchor years ago. A New Seasons it's coming to that spot, which should help. Many other shopping centers I've seen which became a ghost town after the anchor left picked up again once the new anchor came in place, so in that regard I would expect things to get better here once new seasons opens.
The parking lot has a wonky layout, and there are lots of pot holes in the parking lot so keep your eyes peeled so you go can around them. Hopefully, once New Seasons open they'll address to parking lot issues and repave over the potholes vs covering them with...
