Wendy's — Restaurant in Minden

I am always a fan of Wendy's, so whenever I wanted some fastfood, I would go to Wendy's. For a variety, I would visit some other fastfood, but generally I frequent Wendy's. However, for some reason, this Wendy's at Minden along Homer Road is exceptional. For some reason, if I'm not missing an item, like a drink for the combo that I ordered, I get a different item for the ones that I ordered. And this only happened to me on this particular store of Wendy's. I would say the staff are nice, accommodating and are always at smile at you. In all honesty they didn't deserve 1 star. My husband and I were the only customers inside the restaurant. It took forever for us to get our order. When our order came out, I cut my hamburger in half and it was still raw inside. The french fries tasted like they were cooked in old, burnt grease.I made them remake the burger which again took along while. I ended up taking mine home. It was the worse meal that I've had in a long time. I definitely will not be returning. The drive thru employees have to be the rudest I have ever experienced. The attitude of the 2 employees that I had an interaction with was horrible. Ordered lunch on the app for a 5 man crew to be picked up in the drive thru. Although the food order was correct and good quality, I will not return directly due to the employees actions. I was not thanked for my purchase and pretty much rushed away from the window while checking the order. My business will definitely go elsewhere. Please train your employees on their interpersonal communication skills so that you do not continue to loose business. Wendy's located on Homer road...
